I have never had a restaurant make me feel like I was a scam artist. We went in for endless apps. The waitress gave us the menu. Didnt explain anything about it. We only new that we both had to get it because we had done it with my sister and brother a different time but we didnt have leftovers at the end. Well this time it was me and my husband. We both got an endless app. We both had three left on our plate and ordered another round. We nibbled and realized we couldnt eat it all. Asked for a to go boxs. The waitress looks surprised then says oh you cant take it to go. Us confused search the menu and find the fine print "dine in only" tiny at the bottom. I ask to speak to the manager because I am confused about this. He comes out and proceeds to tell us that we were told we couldnt take any home. He also explains we were told if we both didnt get one we couldnt share (which both were not said) he also tells us that the waitress and other employees sware they know she said it because they know if they didnt they would be fired. I didnt want to get anyone fired but being called a lair to my face and being treated like I ordered a plate to go and on top of that acting like I was trying to scam them out of food....I should never leave a restaurant feeling like a child who was scolded who had done nothing wrong to deserve it. I should not be treated like a lair.

No more! We sat in the bar area. Most tables needed to be cleaned off, so none were any better than the other. We waited 11 minutes before anyone assisted us, and that was only after we flagged them down. Turns out it was the manager. Jason, I believe. He asked if anyone had even acknowledged us yet and we told him they had not. He took our drink orders. No apology. No, "were understaffed tonight". Nothing. Drinks show up another 10 minutes later. Orders are taken. Appetizers come out 10 minutes later - that was reasonable. Except they spilled our friends drink on her. The server said hed get us another right away. 15 minutes later I went to the bar and asked for a replacement drink, which we received in another 10 minutes. Food came out shortly after. The food was all good in my opinion. Except the medium-well bullcrap policy, the burger was really delicious. I know those in the foodservice industry rely on tips as they get paid squad. I always tip. Except this time. No one made an effort, and that was disappointing. New paint and furniture cant save a sinking ship, guys.

Awful, I will never come to this particular Fridays again. The service was close to the worst Ive ever received. We werent greated for almost 7 minutes. Then, we ordered the drinks and endless apps. They must be called endless because you wait an endless amount of time for them to come out. Then the food comes out before the apps. Thats always fun. So, we told them to cancel the apps. On a positive note... The manager says we get the apps for free. So we took them. They arent overly busy for a Sunday night. Our waitress has three tables in her section that have been dirty since we sat down. The meals werent quite right for almost everyone at the table. The apps seemed like they may have been made in the microwave. The quality of the apps were disappointing. On a positive note, the waitress is friendly and so was the hostess. The manager didnt actually speak to us, but hes giving us the apps for free. It could be worse, No one has had anything spilled on them yet.

The service and the food continues to be a issue and they are never packed thats why I dont understand .Me and my wife continue to give them a nothing chance after a while but we are done now. The last time we went the apps came out cold then we ordered a cheeseburger well done that took about 45 mins then get the burger with no cheese sends it back to add cheese took 5mins then cut into a rare burger and the waitress reacts like it is what it is and she said(what do u want me to do)..l Just know I will be going to the Whitemarsh location for now on although they be packed i never have this problem with them its worth the extra driving to get there

Yea we were not in these words. Buts we were called liars to our faces by the manager. That the waitress told us we couldnt take endless app leftovers home when in fact we were not told that. And we were not told until we asked for a box. I dont write reviews but the fact that he acted like I lied to him. Really pushed it over the edge. I have over 6 years in the military and I am a Sergeant in the Maryland army national guard. I have never been treated with such disrespect. The only reason there is a star is because the food was good

Stopped in for a couple of burgers. Jd sauce (once it arrived) and fries were great. But burger was a mess. How can you screw up a burger? Basically a frozen patty that was undercooked. Missing most of the condiments i had ordered. Took about 5 minutes and two trips to get the burger toppings corrected. Then i bite into my medium well burger and it is raw meat inside. Too hungry and running out of time to correct. Should have stopped by McDs - same quality food at less than half the cost.

The food is always good and whether it is packed or slow the food room it comes out very quickly. The only thing that I would ask is if they would mention the point system that they have to remind us to get them to put our points on our cards or in the system Ive gone there 3 times now and forgot about the points until after I got home otherwise the place is clean and good condition and everybody was nice food was great alcohol tasted right with the mixed drinks as well thank you

Service is slow and rude. Took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, only because we had to walk over to the bar and ask someone to please come take it. Not big on writing reviews, but this is the 4th bad experience Ive had here. We only come because its the only place open when we get off work, and every time the staff seems annoyed that we came in.

Nasty. The prices are expensive, and they decided to change their potato supplier. The mashed potatoes from the instant section of the grocery store taste better. And the prices are expensive, food isnt anything that good, and the only silver lining is the service wasnt mediocre - which does nothing if the food is garbage.

I love coming here because it is consistently delicious. They have so many options that are amazing and they sprinkle in some new ones here and there to switch it up. They have good deals so you can try the new items, If you are a member of the reward program you can definitely benefit from it.
