Let me first say that all 6 of us that visited though the food was great. However, Im giving this place a 1 star rating because the waitress we had was horrible. We visited on December 20, 2015 at approximately 9 pm to watch the Sunday night football game. We were a table of 6 with maybe 6 other people at the bar. No other patrons in the entire BWW. Our waitress took probably 10 to 15 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink. Once we got our drinks I ordered an ultimate nacho for our table. She eventually brought out the nachos and just plopped it on the table. She never brought extra plates or anything for us to share. We had to go find her after some time to get anything. When we finally got our wings, etc. Everything was great. My friends did notice, however, that the cook came out at least twice to try to flag down the waiter because our food was ready and she was off doing whatever. But I asked her if we get blue cheese or ranch dressing with our stuff and she seemed puzzled by my question. Then she said they were available, but I found it odd at a wing place that she wouldnt ask us if we wanted those. Then I said I wanted a bigger container because I love blue cheese. She was again puzzled and had no idea what I was talking about. She disappeared for maybe 5 minutes and came back with an empty 8 oz container and asked if this was good enough. I said sure even if you can only give me multiple small ones. She eventually brought out our ranch and blue cheese. We then ate and probably sat for a good 20 minutes after we ate and she never came back to refill drinks or ask us if we were ready to leave. When she finally brought us the checks we turned them over to us and she again disappeared for over 10 minutes with the credit cards. We joked that she was probably in the back shopping with our credit cards. I would go back only for the food and possibly to see if the customer service has improved. But I have heard numerous complaints from other people.

Just ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time. Location was in Selinsgrove PA. Took my 9 year old granddaughter and my 89 year old father. All of us had Tuesdays special on wings. We have eaten wings at numerous restaurants but these were by far the best ever. They were plump, moist, and delicious tasting. All of us were super impressed. We cant say enough good things about our waitress, Erika. She took the time to explain the menu and brought us samples of some of their sauces so we could decide what we liked the best. Was extremely speedy with drinks, appetizer, and wings and had an incredible personality. For anyone that has kids, please note that they even gave my granddaughter a handheld video game unit to keep her occupied until our food came. Definitely a restaurant that we will return to frequently....really glad we tried it.....

Food was good as usual with Buffalo Wild Wings. The waitress was very friendly and polite. But this BWW was totally a disaster. They didnt have enough staff on to keep up with customers. Tables sat covered in cups and leftover food for almost an hour. Even the empty tables where not really clean. Displays, signs and shelves where covered in weeks worth of dust. I dont know if the management is blind or on permanent vacation but this "newer" BWW is a gross joke.

Its buffalo wild wings, they are all the same food wise. Its a sports themed restaurant. Wings are good and what can you ask. My server, Sam was very polite, engaged and attentive. She even got a manager for me when I wanted to complain about the confusing menu (it says all drinks have free refills but its only Pepsi products!). If anyone from the store management or corporate sees this... My waitress deserves a raise.

I go for the chicken wings and beer. They have sauces which cover every taste, from mild to suicidal. They have other food such as hamburgers and sandwiches. They have about 20 different beers on tap and they also serve mixed drinks. Tuesdays bone-in wings are half price. Thursdays boneless wings are half price. Its a sports bar. There are big screen TVs tuned to sports theme programming everywhere.

Had a great experience! Came here on national wing day so the wings were half off. Ive been to a bunch of Buffalo Wild Wings and this place by far has the quickest service, we had our food in ten minutes. Our server Rachel was very knowledgable and gave us excellent service. I love Bdubs so when I read the reviews I was expecting a huge let down but to my surprise it was great and will definitely be back!

Walk in the door, 2 people sitting in restaurant 4 waiting to be seated, hostess absent, all employees on their cell phones, our waitress was very accomodating however I must say that. Food quality was average, portions are a bit small, nothing amazing...could get same stuff at sheetz in bigger portions and half the price....garlic fries were good.

Food took forever...fries cold when it came out...bar tender had too many tables to take care of customers ..tea glass was empty..boneless wings didnt hardly have any sauce on them...manager made one appearance all night ..then went back to hide in kitchen..worst management I have ever seen..and worst buffalo wild wings

Crappy service, from young inexperienced waitresses. Food is over priced for the quality. Very bad seating with high chairs and tables. Crowded even when there is no people.(Bad layout) the only good thing is that they had tablets for the kids to play during the wait for the food.

Food was ok. Came fast enough this time. Felt like we were being rushed through. They sat us at a table where a large group of people came in and guess they needed our table too? Eating wings and nachos that fast prolly NOT a good idea digestively...

Good food and good environment. First time, the waitress was nice, helpful. The food was great and so was the service. The food was at our table in less than 15 minutes as it was promised. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Its great the sauce is amazing and it has great entertainment for kids and adults the adults have the TVs and the kids have the tablets and the workers keep track of your drinks and are super friendly definitely coming back here to eat.

Rarely busy, so you can grab a quick lunch or dinner often. The TVs are everywhere so its the perfect place to watch the game and the draft beer selection is the best on the strip.
