As it is a chain for hoagies/subs, this one is much the same as the others weve visited...which is to say great! This review would be a solid 5 stars if not for the slow ordering. Simple order in front of mine took 5 minutes for the guy to punch into the computer. Same amount of time for him to enter mine (two guests left because the line was taking so long). Should definitely consider adding a kiosk for self service. Food was delicious as always and the service folk were all very nice - even if they needed extra time working the doofangled electronic ordering thingy.

I am extremely disappointed. The sandwiches were good. I placed an order based off of the prices on their menu online only to learn the prices were $2.50 more after arriving at the store. The person who placed the order was aware I was looking at the menu online ad never bothered to inorm me of the price difference. I spoke to a manager and he was aware of this assured me he was trying to get someone to fix it but wouldnt honor the rate. This is misleading not to mention false advertising. I will place my orders for subs elsewhere.

This was my second visit. First time the line was so slow , I left. This time there was NO line , and 4 people in the resturaunt, so I gave it a second chance. Never again. It took 20 minutes to get a small sub and a bowl of Chili. Thats a long time for a sandwich in a empty resturaunt. I will agree the food was very good, but 10 bucks and 20 minutes will get you take out at any of the locally owned dellys here in town.

the only real good thing i can say is they were open on new years eve when subway wasnt. Ive had better chilli at wendys and the sub they put together fell apart in the bag because the wrapping on it wasnt tight to hold in a vertical position that they put it in, in the bag. it was 16 for a 12 inch combo with a bowl of chilli. not worth it.

2017-06-24 Excellent customer service, always call to place my order, they ask, when will you be here, usually tell them 5 or 10 minutes, they say that it will be here when you get here, go to counter, tell them my name, they give me my sandwich/sub, and I walk to the checkout/cashier and Im usually in and out in 2 or 3 minutes.

Sub was delicious but the help is to be desired. Older lady was wonderful but assistant manager needs some more training in customer service. In addition, when someone gets a free Firehouse coupon from a race run in wmbg, the company should honor it in wmbg or at least let customers know where they can redeem it.

I went there for lunch today and the meat was cold. The reason I love this place is because they steam the meat. It was not steamed at all... Im 3 months pregnant and shouldnt eat cold deli meat thats why I come to firehouse opposed to others. I love this place but I was not pleased with lunch today.

Usually whenever I go to a place, I get the same thing every time because I know thats what I like. But every time I go in this store to try a new sandwich, its always my new favorite sandwich. All the sandwiches are awesome and if you go in often enough they start remembering what you like.

I enjoy Firehouse Subs very much! One of my favorites is the Engineer Sub. I also like the Turkey Bacon Ranch. The people at this location are very friendly and give great service. I especially like Miss Jen :-) She is sooo friendly and kind and makes great subs!

Im a big Firehouse fan, but my experience at this particular location was subpar. The franchise seems understaffed, is not kept very clean, and usually requires at least 15-20 minutes to get an order. Customer service was also underwhelming.

Solid sandwiches, if a little lackluster and unoriginal. Also, once I saw the chef answer the phone with his gloves on and I did not see him throw them off before he bagged our sandwiches. Gross.

Dont be fooled by the beautiful exterior. The firehouse salad was horrible. Rotten lettuce and just over all disappointing. My husbands sandwich was good, though.
