The individual who made my breakfast was great but the cashier at checkout was horrible meaning he was very rude and displayed no customer service skills. I used to eat at Cosi everyday for breakfast then the service began to decline. This is my first time been back this year and it will probably be a while before I return.

I frequent here on my lunch breaks and order the Asian salmon salad. They have a varied enough selection to help you with your cravings. The atmosphere is relaxing and I highly recommend Cosi for your lunch breaks or gatherings.
