First time was so so. Second time there we sat for over 10 min waiting on a server and no one ever came to our table so we left. I emailed corporate and they apologized and sent me a $20.00 gift card so we figured why not. Ate there last night and while our waitress was very nice, the food was at best a 2 out of 10. I had a steak dish and even though it was cooked medium it was like chewing shoe leather. My wifes seafood dish looked like it was microwaved from a frozen state. I really dont understand why this place is so packed all the time. I will never eat there again. Id honestly rather eat at Wendys or Burger King if that gives you any idea of the quality of Olive Gardens food?

My family and I went here for my sons birthday. Hostess sat us and took our drink order. Apparently our server was busy. While waiting for our drinks to come out, we noticed that the floor was filthy with food and straw wrappers. The area where the drinks come from was littered with blocks of cheese that go in the grater, and other trash. Our server brought the drinks, bread sticks, plates and then just walked away. Never asked if we wanted wine or told us what her name was. After that the only good thing was a woman named Patti who helped us with our bad experience. Would never dine here again!

Kids menu was like a side of grapes (5), side of speg. ( Fits in grape side dish) and 1 tbsp of sauce. It was like a baby sampler. A spoon of this to dip your 8 noodles in and 5 grapes to hopefully fill you up. And the real meal never came. My kids were starving after we left. Service was poor only got our drinks when our meals came out then we asked for more bread sticks that never showed up and then we got the wrong check. Never will go back this is the 2nd time we ate there and both times it was bad.

Food was ok the service was fine but my only complaint was that these are not Italian style dishes meaning they or at least the food we received are not huge platters. Are party each ordered something different and the servings were just comparable to kids servings a handful of spaghetti and 2 small chicken breasts isnt enough to fill a grown man. The atmosphere was Italian and the service was good but if your hungry order more then one plate.

Where do I start.... The service wasnt great, the bread plates, salad bowls and drink glasses werent cleared from the table even when the entrees were brought out. It took too long for the entrees to arrive. The bathrooms were very dirty and there was no toilet paper in 2 of the stalls and the 3rd (handicap) stall had no toilet seat??? We couldnt get out of the place fast enough.

First time eating at this location. Place was empty and service was still super slow. Waiter kept forgetting things. Had to request the bread sticks 5 times. Waited forever to get drinks refilled and for food to come. Food was OK, but the service was horrible and like I said the place was empty. Will not go back, get great service at Williamsport location even when busy.

15 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes of no waitress - Mentioned it to the manager who was about to get on it but didnt bother to stop me from walking out the front door. To be fair, I also ate there on the way thru the first time and the waitress that time was fantastic and kinda a sweet heart.

We went last night, and even though they were packed they kept things moving. The food was delicious!!! Even the salad was very fresh and tasted great. They were very busy, yet the waiters/waitresses helped each other to get people what they needed. Wonderful wonderful food.

We got there a couple minutes before they were closing expecting them to not let us eat, but they let us stay. They were very friendly, and all the food was still fresh despite them being closed. I would definitely eat here again.

We got seated right away, even though parking lot was full. We got our drinks, salad and bread sticks right away. Food came soon after and was very good. Server was excellent and price was fair. All around great service and food.

Average Olive Garden experience. We had a large group of 6 for lunch and sat us promptly. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing blew me out of the water though. It was a typical experience.

The people were nice but the food was horrible.I had the chicken Marseille , they cooked the chicken was fine but the Marseille didnt evaporate. It tasted like there was still alcohol.

I go every year for my wedding anniversary , my wife loves the food and wine. Great customer service . It can get pretty busy but its worth the wait.
