I love Five Guys. Its a little on the expensive side compared to fast food joints, but for the quality and quantity of food, its a GREAT deal. Ive only had them screw my order up ONCE (No bacon on my bacon burger) in over 5 years of patronage. I think thats an awesome record. Fresh made in front of you, prompt service, and great food! Some of the Five Guys I have been to even have WiFi! I dont EVER hesitate to visit a Five Guys in any location, as I know that they will have the same standards and fare everywhere. Five Guys breakfast (Norfolk, VA) rocks too. Nothing like a greasy heart attack to wake you up in the morning. :D

Wont go back. Burger was so sloppy and soggy. Fries were soggy. All girls working on duty were rude and didnt acknowledge I was even waiting to pick up my order. I even heard one of the staff shout, "I dont know what she waitin on" Ummm to be acknowledged by polite staff who at least pretend to love their job and have my food ready when I order it. Also for it to be better than Wendys which I can get for cheaper!

Other Five Guys locations weve been to are fantastic. This one is always a disappointment. Whoever hires here finds the worst people that just dont care about the food. The way the employees talk to each other shows just how poorly they think of the place. Weve had too many disappointments and given them too many chances. We wont be back to this location.

Well my first and last. Ordered a hotdog and a shake 6.39.for one bacon dog 4.49 for a small shake that seemed to be more whip cream than ice cream. Not a potato lover and no other options. Watched the clock on the wall 12 min to get a dog and a shake a little slow. Not a good value for the money. Sorry Five Guys

The manager was giving change to the cashier with his gloves on! after that went back to the table and started doing sandwiches with the same glove! They should teach them better hygiene they can get someone sick !!

Very good good but crazy expensive for a burger and fries, Ive have steak dinners at nice restaurants for the same price or less, 5.50$ for a small drink and small fries, in the fool :)
