The taproom is worth visiting for the barrel aged Chesapeake common alone. Barrel aging takes a decent brew, and a bold style for a relatively new brewery to take on, to a new level. The barrel aged version is velvety smooth with strong bourbon notes and character, with a balanced finish in part due to the use of the northern hops blending their natural like floral, fruit notes and subtle woody undertones perfectly to the elements of the barrel aging all while retaining a cleaner finish on the palate then most barrel aged efforts. The #10 lb test IPA was also a star, I suspect that dry hopping is involved as this balanced IPA has a wonder balance of malt and hop tones while not having the fruit notes or tang from the hop selection of the other IPA that was on tap. Copy Cat Sour was an excellent take on a sour, which or a love it or hate it style of brew for most, Copy Cat had the right amount of zip to set it apart while still being clean enough to allow you to taste the notes and subtle elements of whatever you taste next, whether it be another beverage or food. It would go great served with smoked, baked or broiled seafood or sourdough sandwich. All in all were lucky to have a trio of excellent tasting room options emerge within the past few years in the Baltimore Metro area, Union, Peabody and Key all are authentic tasting rooms, not brew pubs, that offer the freshest beers available in a laid back atmosphere and staff that is able to provide insight into the brews, their development throughout the creative process, and history of the brewery and future plans.

Awesome brewery and great beers. Plenty of room to play games, grab a pint, and catch up with friends. They almost always have a food truck or food company here with great food. A little hard to find, but maps took me right there. There is a small sign after you take the road all the way back to the brewery.

Delicious addition to the area. Nice open venue with free pool, free pinball, and a couple TVs. There was a food truck outside when we visited, but not the previous time. The bar offers flights of any quantity, 10oz and 16oz pours, and growler fills.

WOW what great beers for our great beer-city of Baltimore! Spike Owen and his company are a blessing to us beer-lovers. The IPA will knock your socks off and the Rye Porter is right-on for our cool Fall days now! Francis Scott would be proud!

Worth the drive into Dundalk! Like most local breweries, they had a food truck outside. Inside there is great beer and super easy going staff. Get one of everything!

The tap room is very laid back and chill. Have TVs, pinball, a pool table, and corn hole. Excellent beer, have growlers. Very friendly service
