Worst experience from any pizzeria Ive dealt with. I ordered a dinner box and 2 sodas, took about 40 min to get to my place, which isnt so bad.. except that they forgot my sodas. Ok, thats fine, my delivery guy will race back to the store or atleast drive to the nearest market, pick up and bring me back my sodas right? Another 30 min pass, call the store, oh hes leaving now. Ok i can wait a FEW more minutes right? Another 30 min pass. Oh hell no!!! Screw you guys, Im walking to the corner Bodega to get my own sodas. Call the store to let them know about plan b, and request a refund for my sodas. Heres where it gets worse. Shift manager gets on the phone and tells me they cant do refunds? Excuse me? What restaurant do you know that doesnt do refunds or credits? She also stated that the only person that could possibly help me would be the general manager, whom, according to her words, is barely around and doesnt think their going to do anything for me. Wow. Some customer service you guys have over there. I immediately contacted corporate office and was informed that they would have the general manager call me. 5 days later the general manager calls me. We cant refund your sodas back to your credit card, she tells me. I can, however, void that part of the order out... BUT, youll have to come to the store to pick it up yourself.... you know what pizza hut, keep the $5... Id rather expose you for the horrible company you are and remind everyone to stick with dominos, papa Johns, or your local pizzeria. Stay away from pizza Hut, especially this one.

I tried to give this place a chance, mostly because theyre the closest pizza hut to me that delivers, but I can honestly say that this is the worst resturant Ive ever had to deal with. Literally every single time Ive ordered from here in the past 4 months that I moved to the area theyve gotten something wrong with the order. We order 2 pizzas, one of them will be mismatched with their ingredients. Order one with stuffed crust, the other will have it instead. The pizzas are rarely ever cut all the way through, we have to manually cut them ourselves. We order brownies, we get cookies instead. Its the most annoying thing, mostly because we get it delivered nowadays and if they cant get something as simple as reading what type of crust goes on which pizza, we dont want to risk them doing something petty to our pizza if we call back, or the replacements taking an hour to get to us. This is a long post but it needs to be said. Out of maybe 6-7 orders over the past few months every single one had something wrong with it. Pizza making isnt that hard. Reading isnt hard. Ive had spectacular service with resturarants in general up until this point in my life, so I know what competence is. I think the workers here are just wildly incompetent, for the most part. Management needs to seriously step it up.

Extremely unprofessional! This place does not even deserve to have the name "Pizza Hut" associated with it in any way. If the owner of this franchise cares anything about the way the staff makes them look they will do some serious firing and rehiring. There was a discrepancy with my order and the so called manager was totally unprofessional. To the point that things could have gotten physical. Instead of her trying to fix the problem and accommodate the customer she began yelling and told the cashier to deal with me. Its not what you say, its how you say it. Someone needs to teach them simple manners. Not to mention the conversations that were taking place behind the counter as if I wasnt standing there. The staff was discussing other managers etc.. I will never spend a dime in this establishment and be sure to tell others. I shouldve just gone to west orange because this type of treatment is expected in the hood! My order was canceled even before the scheduled delivery. I was waiting for an hour and a half for my pizza and when I called my credit card company they told me the order was canceled 30 min. After it was placed, which means they were never going to deliver my pizza. Now you know if your order is taking too long, its probably because they canceled it and didnt even call you to let you know about it. Just sad, plain sad, pizza Hut really should teach the location a little bit about customer service.

This is the worst place ever I order from here and they actually forgot my order now tonight I ordered some wings and they close at 12 a.m. midnight. After taking my order I hang up the phone they called me back to tell me they only serving pizza because the Grill is down for the wings f*** out of here like why they did not tell me that when I call to order do not ever order from this place they are rude fat lazy b******

2 hours, was waiting on 2 medium pies...called the first time after 1 hr and 20 mins of waiting, they say it just finished being made. Called 40 minuets later, "were about to deliver it" so i cancelled the order. This was ridiculous! If u want real pizza tht can actually be delivered just order papa Johns, or get dominos, dont even order here

Bad customer service ! I made an order for delivery and when it arrive it wasnt what i order . I called to speak to the manager which by the way didnt understand english and is okay because i speak spanish .She was rude ,instead of giving me a good customer service she did the oppisite ! Never again .Dont they know how give customer service

I ordered a 3 medium pizzas and I waited over an hour and still never received the pizza, and when I called the place they automatically put me on hold like they were trying to avoid me, I called twice and the second time they completely ignored me, never getting pizza from this pizza hut again

You order online and it tells you it will be ready in 15 minutes. I go to pick up 20 minutes after I order and they r all talking and joking. They charge me and then tell me they havent started to make the pizzas yet Ended up waiting another 25 minutes to get the food. Just horrible.

This Pizza Hut has very good food and a great Manager, Bernyn has a great personality and is bubbly to the point where you cant help but love her. If you have an issue, she will resolve it for you without hesitation. Everyone tries their best to be very good at customer service.

I placed an order at 7:51 pm with an expected delivery of 8:45 pm. I did not receive my order until 10:08 pm. Thats after having called at 9:11pm and again at 9:39 pm. Both times I was assured that my food would leave the store within 5 minutes. Completely unacceptable!!!!!!

Professionalism and customer service was extremely sub par but what else should I expect in Newark. They are sporadic with times and days they deliver due to not having hired enough drivers. Its Pizza Hut though, and its a welcome change from Dominos and Papa Johns.

Doesnt even deserve a star... Unprofessional, rude and disappointing. I love Pizza Hut and now I will definitely think twice before I decided to order from here again. The whole experience was just plain frustrating. And they will continue to lose customers..
