The food is okay, but the service is terrible. During our latest visit, we arrived at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday to a restaurant that was at about 20 to 25% capacity. However, we found the service to be extremely slow and waited about 10 minutes for our food. Then the waiter completely ignored us until it was time to pay the check. I intended to tell the two restaurant employees at the front entrance about the problem we had; however, they were too busy talking with one another and looking at their cellphones to pay any attention to us. While the food was okay, I was a little dismayed with the cleanliness of the salad bar area. Of course, we never saw a manager during our visit.

FRAUD ALERT: Anyone eating here, beware of suspicious activity on your credit/debit cards. My bank noticed some fraudulent activity (gas stations, night clubs, etc.) on my card on Sep 7, 2014 and my bank declined the charges. After a quick investigation, I found I was double charged from this restaurant (Aug 30, 2014). I was visiting a friend in MD (out of my home state) and was not even in MD during the fraudulent charges. Ruby Tuesdays better check their waitresses, because they seem to be taking credit card information from the customers and encoding blank cards to use someone elses bank info as their own.

I took my wife out for dinner to Ruby Tuesday. We had the New Orleans Seafood dinner which was delicious and the famous salad bar. Not alot of places around to get a decent all you can eat buffet salad. I order 2 Raspberry ice teas - the first order was great but the last 2 tasted only like ice tea. The manager saw our displeasure and worked hard to get it to our liking.. i appreciated that attention to getting it right. Food was good and the price was reasonable - $42. My wife was picky about the spots on the plates, but with real dishes that is what i expect. - GOOD FOOD GREAT STAFF

I would give a 0 stars if possible! I literally had to sit there the entire time and listen to the employees gossip about how two of them are going to fight each other! How unprofessional! One of the employees even had to tell them that they were at work and not in high school when they are MUCH older than high school students. Fairly sure it only took 1 minute before they were back to talking smack about each other and threatening to beat the other one up! They even were cussing just feet from a child. Grow up!

Visited this evening with my family. Our waitress was really good. I ordered the Double Decker Chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The chicken was extremely salty so I sent it back and ordered chicken fingers and fries. The fries were so salty its like the chef purposely dumped extra salt on them. Informed our waitress and she went to get the manager who never came to our table to address the situation. Totally disappointed in the customer service from the manager.

I went out for a simple salad bar, and the waitress was very helpful and introduced me to some other options that included the salad bar, and werent much more expensive. The spicy fish tacos are pretty good once you scrape off the truckload of cheese on top of them, unless youre into that. Even though I was eating for one, an uninvited guest joined me at the table, perhaps mistaking me for his blind date. I, unlike he, however, did not have 40 legs.

I come here when I want a salad. The salad bar is still the main attraction for me. My wife ordered the Chicken Pene Pasta, it was okay. The Chicken was cooked to perfection, the pasta sauce was lacking with flavor. We also ordered trio appetizer, nothing great about it but wasnt bad. Like I said, I know going in what I want. Service was fine, clean facility, in and out . Good spot to hit and run..

So the Garden Bar is usually so good, I sometimes dont even order an entree. Well, for $13.99 I decided to try the petition filet. It was amazing! The zucchini side was about the best ever. No, seriously, it was awesome. Then I went to the salad bar and darn f they didnt expand the offerings....but they kept their famous croutons! I love this place!!

I love me some Ruby Tuesday sliders. Though lately the quality and amount of items on the menu seems to be dropping. And the interior hasnt changed much in the last 20 years Ive been going to one. But on the plus side it hasnt gone over the edge yet. And hey this is one of the few places that still has a salad bar!!

The hostess was rude. Burgers came out wrong, both of them without cheese. Service took longer than other RT. No compensation was offered for errors. Will not be coming to again. The menu has changed yet again. Even charged us for the cheese we didnt get. Down to one star. Cant get right.

Food is good. Prices are really good especially that 3 course for 12.99. Mixed berry tart was delicious. And chicken fresco was really good. One of the better salad bars. Has all the stuff most people want for a salad. They could use a few more styles of low calorie dressings

Very upset with salad bar. No crackers or bread of any nature!!! Asked 4 people for the thin cracker bread. Finally manager had some cooked. Very good but too late to enjoy with salad bar.
