I dropped in here and had an excellent experience! The bartender greeted me as I walked in the door and I took the last available seat at the bar. I had the salmon with collard greens and yellow rice and it hit the spot. The manager told me about a band playing there later that night and I came back and caught the end of their show. It was a really talented gogo band. I loved the music and the energy and met some cool young ladies from DC. Good service, good food, stiff drinks, and dancing...excellent!

Cedar Hill Bar & Grill use to be Uniontown Bar & Grill and has just opened. It is a very quaint, yet trendy bar and grill. The staff is friendly, the food is great and the atmosphere is tops. There is parking in the rear but whether you drive or take the bus it is very accessible. The bar is full service and includes all of the popular drinks. This is a nice stop-off once you visit the famous Frederick Douglass home which is about five blocks away.

Tuesday 4pm: The waitress initially took a while to approach and I was momentarily not sure of who at all worked there. Once I was able to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Salmon seared, cabbage, mashed potatoes. The food was good. Weird there are no pepper shakers in the place. The beer tap is only four brews but one is Goose Island so I was OK. I would return.

Horrible, just horrible. Between the service and the food I dont know which needs more improvement. I would not recommended anyone eat here. FYI the famous crab fries are disgusting my fries were burnt and smothered in a salty sauce save your 9.90 and go to your local franchised buisness.

I loved the atmosphere of this place. I had the catfish pieces which were wonderful. They melted in my mouth. I also had the turkey sandwich which was only fair. The menu, though, should mention that that sandwich included bacon and it didnt. But all in all I would go back.

It was nice, drinks were fine, food was ok maybe it would have been better if the people were more race friendly. The white guests were treated great maybe they assumed we didnt have money but we wouldnt have been there if we didnt. I probably wont go there again.

Fast service and amazing food. I definitely recommend ordering the chicken pot pie. Its the best Ive ever had. Ask for Chris as your server. He made sure our meal was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
