My experience is as follows: Call to place an order, person tells me please hold before I place my order, 10 min later, still nothing. I hang up. I call back, I say, Can I order my food now? I get hung up. I call again, they have to find the person who is supposed to take orders on the phone. (If its your job to answer calls and have orders ready, where DF are you?). I place my order, 15 min later i walk in the door, and stand where I am supposed to pay for my food for pickup. I patiently wait for the person to greet me and ask for my name as I see 4 workers walk past me and look at me without even acknowledging me. As i watch basketball patiently still, waiting for a worker to come and assist me almost 10 min later someone assists me. I ask if my food had been sitting out right there the whole time, and no response. Come to find out my food was cold not hot at all, when I couldve originally received it had someone came to me. In conclusion as someone who has worked in retail, or assisting a customer, RUBY TUESDAY Get your Workers together or fire them. As a customer Im not going to come in and beg someone to help me. You assist me so that you get your $$. Its not hard its not a 20 page essay, get it together. Horrible experience on customer service. Break it down to them you make them greet us, the customers, make us feel welcome.

3.5 nods. Ruby Tuesday is a very inexpensive restaurant that quite honestly gets a bad rap. I, for one, have given them a not-so-good assessment, but for good reason. This particular Ruby Tuesdays has definitely come a LONGGGGG way. A few years ago when I first visited, customer service was lacking, the salad bar was a sad sight to see and the drinks were more ice than liquid. It wasnt good. So I stopped coming. Fast forward to 2017 and I stopped by one day impromptu. Wow! The changes they have made are very noticeable. I was alone the day I went and most restaurants dont like to see single patrons for some unknown ($$$$) reason, if you get my drift. But on this day customer service was immaculate. My server was attentive, but not overly so. They have also revamped the menu with some new offerings. In addition, the sad salad bar I mentioned earlier, has a new attitude! It now has over 20+ new toppings; and Lord knows it needed it, lol. My food came out quite quickly and was hot & correct. I am going to stand strong at 3.5 stars for now. I want to stop by a few more times before I up the notches. ;-) Please keep up the improved work RT!!! It doesnt go unnoticed.

We waited TWO HOURS to be seated we kept being told just a few more minutes we are putting a table together. When we were finally seated it took 56 minutes to bring us our food. We were a party of 8 celebrating my Aunts birthday. This is the WORST Ruby Tuesdays EVER please do not go here! The salad bar is sooooo small and not stocked properly at all It takes about 30-45 minutes for them to refill. Once we got our food my Aunts (The birthday girl) Potatoes was rotten/black inside, my cousins food order was all wrong and had cold fries and my other cousins potatoes wasnt done. The lemonade was even terrible! The manager didnt help at all she pretended to be concerned but EVERYTIME I look up she over near the bar laughing & joking with people swinging her hair back and fourth. The manager gave everyone a discount on there check of $1.00 off. This is the WORST place to eat in Maryland. The ONLY good part was our waiter Danielle she was very nice and tried her best to help. The food was AWFUL the worst food/service I have ever had. The ladies restroom was FILTHY! The papertowels were stacked running over the garbage can.

Every rude hostesses...just got there at 8pm. We see what appears to be a empty restaurant, but there are people waiting to be seated. Tall black woman with a big nose, came and and asked if we were looking for a seating of 2, we said yes, she asked if the weather would want to sit at the Bar. We said no, we would like regular seating. So then she said we will get to you..have a seat. With no time given for how long we would have to wait. So I asked, why the wait, because it looked dead, where see He just told me just have seat and about to walk away.. not so much what was said, but how it was said is what made us mad. When you go to restaurants they normally tell you how long the wait would be in if thats okay but with this visit we got nothing like that just have seat. The way she presented herself was rude and not professional, attentive, or forward thinking. The response I think should have been Im sorry were little short staffed or it will be probably 15-20 minute wait. But we did not get that.

I love supporting businesses especially when black folks manages. I will say this is one time that Id rather spend my hard earn money elsewehere. The most horrendous experience ever. All our glasses were dirty, the ribs looked like it was days out, the mac n cheese not even my 10 yrs old would eat it. The health inspector needs to drop by this joint... The manager isnt worth 2 pennies. I told the server to get the manager and of course she tried to retract the attention from my complaint and tried to tell me that she just got there and wasnt sure what was going on in the kitchen. Really because the entire hour+ we were there she was there eating chicken and fries in plain sight. This place needs to be revamped and restructured. I would never ever recommend much less spend my money here. The food was bland and sub par

I called this restaurant on Monday evening to order food to be delivered on Tuesday. I was told that the food could not be delivered at the time that I requested because 1:00 PM was the height of their lunch. I was also told that I would have to call back on Tuesday morning to talk to another manager to see if I could get my order delivered. I have ordered delivered food from Ruby Tuesday on a regular basis, and this is the first time that I have been told that they would not take my order and that they will not deliver my food at the time that I requested. The manager that I talked with was Tony. I can guarantee this Ruby Tuesday that I will not place orders with them in the future. I do not believe that bad customer service should be rewarded.

I stopped going to Ruby Tuesdays due to their terribly poor customer service. After my family and I had waited for 50 minutes while watching others be seated before us that came into the restaurant after us. We notifed the manager - who showed us that she could care less. After we were seated the food came out piece by piece. So we therefore, did not eat our means together. It really was an awful experience to which I plan to never repeat. I refuse to pay someone to treat me like garbage. I can spend my money where the customers are treated with class (and not with sour attitudes).
