Came in today to celebrate my aunts birthday. They gave us a newer server for a party of about 15. His name was Tyreek. As we were getting our food someone broke a glass. The glass stayed on the floor with four plus servers passing out food for 20-30 minutes. My mother being a server pulled Tyreek to the side and spoke with him letting him know that alot of ppl are done with their food and he should pre bus and pick up the glass. He picked it up with one hand and passed food with the other. You all may want to consider a safety training. They then got the so called manager Tony involved. He brushed it off and said he would see about doing something about the check. (Nothing major) Once it was time to get the check that was going to be split Tyreek split the bill for us and never gave us a total bill. Now at this point ppl are giving cash left and right and leaving out the door. My mother and myself were the last to pay the bill. Once I was about to leave Tyreek told me that two entrees werent paid for. My cousin went in because now the cops are at our vechiles. He ended up paying 141. Thats a big jump from two entrees. Plus a 20 tip. The cop said well the servers do mess up a lot here can you have everyone come back. So now ppl are coming back to tell them they paid. Tyreek was unsure about who paid what. He was very unorginazed. Tony had an attitude the entire time and very short with us. He didnt want to speak to any of the ladies. Only wanted to speak to my male cousin. Thats not cool. While all this is going on a 5 inch spider falls from the celling at another party and they kill it with a menu. Tony doesnt have ppl skills and you may want to reconsider his position there. I work for the Clydes Restaurant Group and we would never treat guess like that ask them to come back show receipts and only give 37 back out of 141. Thats what bad debt is for. The fact that they gave 37 lets you know Tyreek doesnt know who paid what. We had children yet glass is still on the floor. I live in Hyattsville and its well after midnight and I am just now getting my one year old in the house. This isnt the first BAD experience here but this one takes the cake. You dont have to do anything but just know that what you are running on Silver Hill Rd is a degrace to the restaurant business. Never again hopefully I didnt eat baby spiders in my pasta.

Awful experience. The manager needs to be replaced immediately! Went on a Wednesday night with my friends. Waited for a table for almost an hour without being acknowledged. We had to literally flag down someone for everything instead of being approached or provided customer service. When we did get a table we had to share it with another party because they literally just allow non consumers to loiter and take up space in the restaurant. The atmosphere was great but, only due to the other customers. We waited another hour for our waitress and complained four times, the fourth time to the manager himself who did not offer any help or incentive for our inconveniences. He was much too busy being a celebrity, doing nothing but making his way around the room to party with the customers. (Again the place needs better management, not a socialite.) All in all, in four hours we managed to get drinks but, lost appetite due to not wanting to eat at a place with such poor service. No organization, cleanliness, customer service or professionalism WHATSOEVER.

For the sake of your wallet, please please please dont come here. restaurants have always been overpriced, but usually have good food to make up for it. Not this place. The food was such low quality and below standard, that I dont think ill take my chance with any other TGIF. Ordered Boneless wings and some Chicken Pasta. I only had 6 nuggets that could be considered wings, the rest were just small pieces of balled up crust soaked a cold sauce they must have squirted out of a refrigerated bottle. The pasta had such a soggy texture, tasted like they cooked a batch of noodles in the morning then left it sitting in luke warm water until someone eventually orders something that called for it. The chicken served with it were poor cuts of meat, mostly being all fat and practically rolled around in a plate of parsley just to give it some type of fancy appearance. 100% dissatisfied and implore any who read this to find yourself a nicer establishment to dine out at.

Im not a fan of Fridays but because it was knew and 5 mins from my house, I wanted to check out the new neighborhood attraction. This was suppose to be a quick meal with friends but it turned out to be a waste of my time. When we arrived we were seated promptly however no waitress greeted us when we sat. It wasnt until 12 mins later that a waitress came by said "hello" and another 10 mins until she got back with our water and perceeded to take our orders. I was so turned off by the service I did not order anything. After my friends ordered, the food did come out in a decent amount of time however, the waitress didnt even leave napkins even tho food was ordered that was accompanied with sticky sauces. I do believe that quality service depends on the area your in and because it was Forestville, Im upset to say the service did suck! The Fridays near Georgetown was way better. I will not be visiting this Fridays ever again.

Horrible experience. It took us over an hour to be seated and another 45 minutes to get our drinks. The appetizers took so long that I had to order my main entree to go .One of the people at my table never got thier food. Im a server so I understand but the real kicker was when I paid for my tab with a $100 bill and our waitress Diva tried to keep $11 of my change. My total was $33 dollars and she gave me $55 back. When I confronted her about it no apology or anything. Just handed me my change and kept it moving. She was honestly hating on me the whole night. Everybody at the table got thier drink except me, I had to wait extra long. Every time I said thank you or tried to ask a question I was ignored but when anybody else did they got a your welcome and a polite smile. Moral of the story count your change and dont look too cute!

Of all the Fridays across the country Ive been to, this one has consistently shown the slowest service, longest wait times (usually due to not having enough servers on a weekend afternoon), and is the noisiest Ive ever been to. Because the clientele is loud, they crank the music so everyone else had to be even louder. Ive been to bars and clubs that were quieter. Quite often I cant even hear the servers speak. Dont get me wrong, the food quality is decent and up to Fridays standards, but too often the fries are soaked, food isnt hot enough, drink refills are very slow to happen, or the wrong thing gets delivered. I say that if you have time, travel to a different Fridays unless youre deaf and are willing to wait 30-45 minutes at any time of any day of the week.
