We are Mandeville residents who eat out frequently who decided to give this place a shot. The first issue was that they failed to get my oldest sons burrito order right. This happened not once, but twice. My wife, younger son, and I finished our meal and my oldest son was still waiting on his burrito. Right about that time, a waiter at the table next to us dropped a half dozen drinks and splattered the contents over us. It should be noted that this waiter was trying to juggle all of these drinks without a tray. At that point, we told our waitress that we would take our check and forego my sons meal. We were leaving, and the manager finally came by our table. There was no attempt at problem resolution, only apologies, excuses, and an attempt by the manager to blame our waitress for the order getting messed up. This is the real issue. The Manager didnt even attempt to take ownership of a bad situation and make it right. Needless to say, we will not be back. In addition, I will make it a point to let people know about our poor experience.

I eat here way to often, because I personally find the food to be way better then the insane number of other Mexican restaurants within a 10 mile radius. Period dot! All food is fresh made everyday, full bar with bar seating, real bartenders, the servers are super friendly humans, it has a clean & comfortable interior, chill outdoor patio area, plenty of parking and the easily the best location by far. Note that this is one of several locations owned by a privately owned company based out of Baton Rouge, but you would think the manager Roxanna was the owner the way she runs this location. Haha! Great job guys! Dont change a thing! To the newbies, try it and I think youll agree with everything I said ;)

Have now been twice to give the restaurant a fair shake. First time it was super busy and waiter and food very slow. I related that to the place being new and busy. Food was disappointing. I lived in the south west and had ordered the chili relent both times and it was soggy. My daughter ordered Carne Asada and extremely tough. The second time was late afternoon and service was even slower with staff visiting. Our waiter was so heavily cologned up I had a hard time eating my food. Doubt we will be back.

Fantastic first time experience here last week for a late lunch with my wife. We order wheat tortilla chips at every Mexican restaurant we go to, and they said they normally dont but would make a batch for us, they were warm and delicious! The menu was full of classics but we stick to our favorites. I had the shrimp cocktail and she had the Mahi - Shrimp ceviche. Both were outstanding! Great service and a tasty meal, what more could you ask for.

First visit to this location, certainly not our last. Our waiter, Leo, was awesome. You have to love when the staff seem to actually enjoy talking with customers. If the server can make you smile, they have already gone above and beyond. Food was on Par with the other El Paso locations we have visited, it was great. I highly recommend ending with the Flan, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and another couple visited. we had to wait one hour sitting at the table before we could get the attention of the manager who sent a waiter over to take our by order. I ordered fajitas and the tortillas were dried out, evidently left over from the night before. my food was cold, my wifes food was cold also. It is the first and last time I will ever visit your restaurant!

First time going was great the service was excellent and they got food on the table fast. One of the cleaner Mexican restaurants in the area. The bar is also very nice. Food has good flavours, served with 9/10 chips, salsa and bean dip. Our meal was also fairly filling. Would go again, and I probably would recommend it if a friend asked for a good Mexican restaurant.

This was my first time here and sadly will be my last. We had to send my daughters order back 3 times. The fajita trio comes with 3 shrimp for $17.00. I had the mahi mahi tacos. Paid $13.00 for 2 tacos and a greasy bowl of bean soup. After complaining to management I was offered a dessert....which I declined. I am extremely disappointed.

Today I had the lunch size taco salad with grilled chicken. Although lunch size, it was a generous portion. There was a lot of chicken. Often times a taco salad is all lettuce and very little else. This salad had a good balance of lettuce, tomato and cheese and lots of chicken. As usual the service was excellent and fast.

Not the best mexican restaurant. You only get one free refill for your driving. I ordered steak fajitas it was nasty my son had a burrito fajitas also nasty bad arrogant service food is very expensive and not good quality I recommend other restaurants in city other than this one.

I will not be going back to this restaurant, we saw the waiter wiping down the table with a dirty rag. Just smearing rice into the tables. Very bad hygiene practice for a restaurant. Like I said, I will not be going back.
