The most gluten free friendly restaurant I have ever seen. They not only happily changed gloves and washed their hands but without me asking they changed utensils, wiped everything down and changed the cheese and lettuce to ensure no cross contamination!!! All with a great attitude. I always feel like it is an imposition to ask the staff to change gloves but these ladies went so far above and beyond it was amazing and humbling. This is the first meal in forever where I am not worried about getting sick.

I have been eating at Chipotles throughout the US for the past 15 years. Ive probably been to over a 100 different restaurants and this location has been hands down the worst. This Chipotle is unbelievably stingy and loads your burrito or bowl with very little food.. I have always been a loyal fan to Chipotle over all the other burrito chains but while I am at Scott AFB I will have to reluctantly give my business to Qdoba. Very disappointed.

My husband picked up two burritos from the location on Fairview. When I got my burrito I ate half of it. I started to eat the and half and bit int something hard. I took it out and looked at it. It looked like a rat tail that had been cooked to burnt. I got sick and could not eat anything else. I will not be eating there again.

Great food. Customizable. Fast. Great service and usually great attitude. I will say that on a rare occasion Ill get someone who puts considerably less food in the bowl. One bowl (as opposed to a burrito wrapped in a flour tortilla) is enough for two meals. I like Chipotles guacamole better than most other places.

We are lifelong Chiptole guests. However, the past year it hasnt been THE BEST, good yes- but not the best. Tonight it was the best! Whatever magic was on tonights shift was brillaint! The crew was polite and happy, even with my annoying order. Everything was THE BEST tonight! Please keep going like this!!!

The TEAM here at this location is amazing! Molly had the best customer service that I have seen in a while at any food establishment! She was super nice and helpful! Maddie was also great and very patient with us! Not to mention the food is to die for! Thank you Fairview Heights Chipotle!

I visited this place one time on my visit to Ofallon for dental work. I think the service is very nice and the food was good too. I recommend this place to people looking for a warm meal in the middle of the day and theyre sick of mickey ds or the burger king.
