Best restaurant in town by miles in my opinion. Probably the best Mexican Restaurant Ive been to since moving away from California 20 years ago. Quesadilla Rellena Fajitas, El Tapatio Chimichaunga, Taco Salad and Taquitos are all favorites. Their tamales are excellent, which isnt a given at Mexican places. Ive loved everything Ive tried. You tend to like what you had before so much that it takes awhile before you try other things. They sell Orchata! Im a hot sauce nut. Their home made hot salsa is actually respectably hot and they offer Habanero sauce if you need to amp it up a bit. If you dont like spicy at all, they do awesome at that too. Prices are quite reasonable and the portions are generous. I even kinda love their psychedelic neon colored Mexican themed chairs, booths and decor. Theyre new and not getting a ton of attention yet. Makes me worry that our favorite restaurant is going to die on us just cuz people dont know theyre there.

The place was empty at lunch time on a Friday. Service was great. Chips were fresh and the salsa was really good. There are a TON of options on the menu. I suggest having some idea of what type of dish you want, and then go from there. I settled on the seafood fajitas. They arrived sizzling, and even the tortillas needed to cool a bit before I could comfortably pick them up. The fajitas were absolutely fantastic. Prices seemed just right.

Food was good atmosphere was good. can get a little crowded, but that was fine. Only complaint was that the menu was HUGE had a hard time deciding with so many choices. Service, food and drinks all great. Prices were fair. It just all depended on what you ordered.

Good food, but atmosphere is just OK. After visiting the El Tap in Clinton, this one should bring it up a few notches in decor. Noticed we got more for our money in Clinton as well. Hope the insurance money from the kitchen fire is put to good use.

Food is good but the service sucks had to wait forever for the check they forgot to bring the ice cream I ordered for desert and they all have poor attitudes wouldnt hurt to smile or have enthusiasm in your voice when talking to customers
