To be fair, everyone at the bar seemed to be having a good time. Its a place to meet up and have some cheap drinks. If thats all you expect out of a cantina youll have a great time. The bartender handled the crowd well despite being by himself. Now for the ugly. I ordered chicken wings. Probably not the best idea at a Mexican restaurant but they offer it and Ive been on a low carb kick. The wings were dry, the celery was limp, and the blue cheese dressing came out in a packet. A packet. At a sit-down restaurant they couldnt even bother to put it in a ramekin. There were dishes piled at the bus station for 30 minutes while the hostesses and servers were chatting at the host stand. Why were they chatting? Because the dining room was empty. The bar was packed at 7 pm on a Thursday but there were only two parties having dinner in the main area. Went to wash my hands and there were no paper towels in the bathroom. Meanwhile staff members were eating in plain view of customers at the bar. I dont have a problem with this. But if I were a restaurant owner/manager I would not encourage this. It just looks unprofessional. The happy hour specials were nice. Half off margaritas. Great! I dont usually get house margaritas because I like top shelf tequila. Well... their most expensive Margarita had Cuervo gold and sour mix. :/ I understand that a $3 Margarita cannot be quality but a $10 Margarita should at least have premium tequila and made fresh with lime juice and sugar syrup. So if you like cheap sugary drinks with chips and salsa and just want to get a buzz on with your friends you will enjoy this place. The food, service and cleanliness need a little help.

I am not a regular at this restaurant. My friend and I decided to for drinks and appetizers. We arrived and was asked if we wanted to sit outside on the patio. Ok. We were guided to our seats where it was absolutely disgusting. The tables were nasty as well as food and other trash all under the tables. The hostess wiped down the table and sat us. Later the server came over and took our order. Once we began eating, bugs were fling and dropping on the table. We also had a pitcher of margarita. I looked over and 2 flying bugs had dropped in our drink. We had already had 1 glass each to drink. after I saw the bugs, I asked the hostess if we get the margarita tossed and served over less what we already had. She said she was unable to offer. I asked for the manager and he came over and said the same words. I explained what we were dealing with. The manager said to me there is a sign that states sit on the patio at your own risk. LOL!!! Well, since this was the first time I have sat out on the patio, I did know anything about a sign and why wasnt told this information by the hostess. Anyway, thats not the point. Oh at my risk to drink contaminated fluids is the point? Have you lost your mind? Bugs are dropping in our drinks and you wont replace what we have left? Check please. Of course the manager took the pitcher and charged us fro the entire pitcher. WOW!!! This type of service and treatment is totally a health department issue. The managers response was its nothing I can do in a I dont care manner. Once again, WOW!! The few times I have gone the food was good and drinks were also as long as you are on the inside.

This place is normally OK but today I suggested it to two of my friends which had never been and it was horrible. The food alone with the customer service were both horrible. My friend received her food with hair in it. We told the waitress and the first thing she says is "what do you want me to do about it"! Where was the apology??? Then to make matters worst the manager comes over and says the same thing! "What do you want me to do about it". It wasnt because they didnt speak English very well Both spoke English just fine. Again no apology! So she decided to try it again but the rest of us had eaten our food waiting on hers to come out again. By the her second plate comes out we are finished. I asked the waitress were they taking something off her meal. She came back to say no and then I asked for the manager to see if he could take off anything. To me this is just to show customer you care about them and the product that you are selling them (So they will probably come back). He comes back with an attitude to say no as well. I brought business to a place that has horrible customer service and unacceptable food. I will never recommend this place to anybody else and I personally will never be back. I will also encourage others not to go support this location.

DO NOT GO!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! The restaurant food was average but the drinks are the best. My group ordered 2 pitchers of margarita. At the end of our meal we asked to split the bill. The waiter did so but then he stated that he would have to swipe our card twice....which was a no go!!!! Why couldnt it be swiped once?!?!?! After such a huge disagreement we decided to pay the best way possible to go home. Two of my friends gave the waiter their card but he go so upset that he tossed the cards back on the table. When we attempted to walk out and leave the same waiter came from the back and began cursing us out. I could go one and on about this story but it was the worst experience ever.

We came to celebrate my friend coming home from deployment & in no shape, form, or fashion did Adrian try to make her feel special. He never came back to ask how the food is or is we needed anything. He brought the cheese dip after the food arrived (which we asked for when we were first seated as an appetizer), then asked who would be paying for it, though it was left untouched. I asked about my ticket & received a "psshh" response as if to say "dumb-a$s". Everything else was beautiful until the beast Adrian came along.....

This food was so disgusting! My family and I for the first time went to happy mexican and it was the worst ! Aftwrwards we has to go to mcdonalds to feed us . Thats another 35 dollars in food after spending 101 dollors at happy mexican . Not to mention my daughter throw up ! There was bad service and horrible food ! I will NEVER EVER go back , now i know why they serve alchol ; to take away the taste from the bad food . I also think it unsanitary the way they give the birthday shots to their customers.

I guess the service was okay. Our server didnt talk much or tell us his name, but we got our drinks and food quickly. The food was very good. Not very authentic, but good nonetheless. The atmosphere was great though! Loved the decor! The bathrooms, however, were absolutely disgusting. We had a hard time paying our check too because our server had disappeared. I dont think well be coming back.
