Was here tonight I had to ask for a receipt and was unable to do the survey. Because the receipt I was giving did not have the code on the bottom. So I guess since the service is bad and the food is cold and burnt then they dont give you a receipt. When I asked why I wasnt given a receipt was told that they have not handed out receipts to customers in over a year unless you ask for one. That was a bold face lie because we had just been through the drive thru there about two weeks ago and got a receipt. I dont know how this burger king is staying in business, but this is not the way to do it. It should not take ten plus minutes to fix a order when you are the only one in the line at the time. It is sad when you are charged this much money and you get cold food. I guess they are tired of getting bad reviews is why they are not handing out receipts with the code on the bottom so you can do the survey. I could care less about the free sandwich. I just think if you are doing good then you should know and when you are not doing good you should know also. I have heard so many complain about BK in the past year and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. But tonight was just completely uncalled for.

Not happy at all. The girl at the window that took my order was rude. I ordered the 2 for $10. I asked for a milkshake for one of the drinks. She replied with "you cant do that", I said cant do what. She says I have to charge you full price for the milkshake. I said ok told I take the milkshake. Get to the window and she takes my card goes to the front register then she lays my bank card down and starts ringing up other people and walked away from the counter two different times until I got her attention to bring me my card. Then she gives me my food. I ask wheres my drink she gave me one drink and one milkshake. Told her the shake was full price. Then she walls her eyes and say what you want. She gives me the drink. I then had to ask for my receipt. Got home literally 5 minutes away the fries were old and the burger was cold and dry. Think I go to Popeyes next time.

Waited to give order to counter while she counted her drawer. Had to repeat order to her four times before she got it right on the register. Waited 5 - 10 minutes for my order. I ordered a sausage, egg & cheeses got a croissant, sausage, egg & cheese. Took back to counter and was told they were out of biscuits. Went back to table, food was cold. I noticed others were having problems getting their orders correct. Also I did not get a ticket. Very disappointed with this Burger King.

Worse staff I have ever delt with. Girl at drive through window extremely rude and unprofessional. After ordering my food I thought price was a little high. So when I started question her about it. She said "I cant deal with this". Then shut the window and left. The manger just stood there with a smiling like she didnt care. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Placed my order and repeated it 3 times to the woman at the window and they still messed my order up!!! Wth is wrong with these fast food places these days their employess dont care about if they get ur food right, if it just thrown together or anything.. here is a tip for yall if you dont like your job then find another one and stop fkn up peoples orders!!

I literally just left this place. I ordered two spicy chicken jr sandwiches with cheese and a coke. Waited in the drive thru lane for an eternity. Finally got my items and left only to find no cheese had been added to my sandwiches like I ordered. And this is why you make minimum wage....

The website shows several options that the restaurant no longer offers. Super slow service. Mouthy and lazy workers. Terrible location. Checkers, McDonalds, Wendys all within a half mile. Go there. This is the worst Burger King Ive ever come in contact with. Run by trash.

Less than one star. Thamksgiving day. Pulled through while traveling to get coffee. Lady stated they dont have any and will not.make any. Then forced to sit in drivethrough behind 5 cars because no way out of line. Complete crap.
