Chicken Little
First and foremost, the first words that were out of my mouth when I walked into this Taco Bell was "Wow, this is a nice taco bell". The color choices on the wall and the artwork were surprisingly beautiful. It looked less like a fast food establishment, and more like a restaurant. Secondly, though I was not hungry myself (I just ate before going), my partner was. He ordered a fresco taco and a mango iced tea. The only caveat to this establishment was that they did not offer fresh brewed tea; however, the mango tea from the soda fountain was tasty. As for the taco, it looked like something off of a commercial--a perfect proportion of toppings, with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Though I cannot vouch for the taste (again I didnt eat there), he said that it was tasty. Kudos to the Taco Bell team for making our visit an enjoyable experience, and for keeping the establishment clean and the food fresh.

I wish there were another Taco Bell close to my house because this is the WORST one I have ever been too. In my last 3 visits they have messed my order up all 3 times. The quality is horrible; taco shells are incredibly stale and the size of what you are served is not even close to their standard size. All of these things are compounded by the fact that you are waiting in the drive thru line for a minimum of 30 min. I get that with the college there they are busy and most of the employees are students but what happened to actually trying to do your job correctly!? I used to eat at a Taco Bell at least once a week. I hate going to this location so bad that I might go once a month now. If you have another location anywhere close to you then by all means go there! If this is a representation of the quality and standards of this company they will soon be out of business.

Great customer service from the drive through operator, he was nice and friendly. The bad was I ordered a Doubledilla with nacho cheese instead of salsa and a 5 layer burrito with lettuce and light bean. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, I didnt check my order until I got home. I got salsa instead of the nacho cheese I ordered and sadly this has happened multiple times at other stores and the thing that really irritated me was my 5 layer burrito with lettuce and light bean had no meat at all and had a huge blob of bean and sour cream in the back end of the burrito.

To preface, every visit Ive had to this store has been between the hours of 10pm and 2am. Every single time I visit this store, I am treated rudely, the food is prepared sloppily, and my order takes AT LEAST twice as long as at the other Taco Bell stores in Springfield. I consistently get significantly better services at those stores than I get at this one. If you live in this area, its worth going slightly out of your way to go to the Sunshine store or the Campbell store, at least during the hours I mentioned, if not overall.

No stars? Visited this TB Sunday 5-28-17. We were the sixth car in line when we arrived. Waited 22 minutes only to FINALLY leave (Because we were "trapped" in the drive thru due to a concrete curb) with 3 cars ahead of us. The window operator was an idiot. He came on the speaker twice to ask if we had ordered, when we said no he just laughed & finally took our order. After waiting 8 mins we decided to start a Timer, this pic was taken as we pulled away without our order. Time says 14 mins.

Take the extra travel time to go to the next nearest Taco Bell. We have frequent this particular Taco Bell because it is in our neighborhood. I have made it a habit to always check our items before we leave, too often we get home only to find missing items.On our last and final trip, the 2 of the four triangles of my daughters steak quesadilla only had cheese and sauce and it was even one of their double steak ones.

Sign says lobby open til 3am but at 2:05am it was locked. Drive-thru took forever and they were rude. After getting home order was messed up and had to drive all the way back. Taco Bell used to be cheap but is now more expensive, items that used to be in the $2 range are now closer to $3, which adds up drastically when ordering 2-5 items per family member.

This place used to be good before it hired some people that dont even know whats going on. The other night me and a couple friends were going for a late snack and when we ordered the first item the person taking our order groaned very loudly over the microphone then apologized saying he forgot his microphone was on. I will probably never go back.

One of their workers, Jonelle or whatnot, is perhaps the rudest person ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with, I eat here all the time and every time I see him at the counter I want to turn around and walk out. Other than him, their food is extremely skeet and sloppy but has your everyday average taco bell taste.

Possibly the slowest Taco Bell store in Springfield. If theres two or more cars in the drive-thru when you arrive, either prepare to wait 15+ minutes for your order, or just go to another location. Staff is mostly friendly, but my orders are frequently wrong or missing items.

This place is an embarrassment to fast foods in Springfield, and if you tried the fast foods in town, you know how awful that must be. The place is dirty, the staff messes up constantly and dont expect then to even apologize for their lousy work. Avoid it at any cost.

The quesadillas tasted bad. Not to mention the chicken one tasted like they used rotten chicken. I am only passing through for the night but based on my experience, and reading some of the reviews, I would never go to this store if you live here.

Food quality is to be expected.. Wait time is so unreasonable; drive thru or going inside. Busy or not, this is the slowest service ever. The staff is very nice and always apologize for the wait, but nothing has changed.
