Called them before Fathers day knowing there may be a long wait. Surprisingly no one answering was okay for me. Their phone recording suggested a new app called nowait. Its free essentially you download it and "get a place in line, online." Though we still arrived early, with 6 people in our group I knew showing up would have been a bad idea. The Nowait app told us it would be between 58-66 minutes. We ended up going in to let them know were around, went over to Kohls for some shopping for about 15 minutes and got our table. This was the nice part. The unhappy side of the story is that after seated no one came to us for 15+ minutes. I know it was busy, but no one acknowledged that another table had sat down. I had informed the hostess that seated us and someone came right away. Then food wait time was fair about another 30 minutes. But they forgot all our sides. All in all regardless of the nowait app we waited longer for everything else and a morning breakfast took 2 hours. Atmosphere: 5 Fair, family friendly,some times noisier with younger children Food Quality: 5 Still havent had a bad experience with them Service: 1 Its generous. Cleanliness: 5 It was pretty good Stars 4. Will be back

Great food, good atmosphere bad service! Having been in service industry myself I usually cut the servers some slack Ill share my experience. Ive been to other OPH locations and always experienced exceptionally service, I visited the Roseville location today (8/25/17) arriving 30 minutes before closing not busy, few people seated I was seated right away, 7 minutes later my waitress arrived asking "want water or something else" (stone faced, no greetings) While waiting for my good I noticed that the glass full of ice water is cracked all around Couldnt see my waitress around for 10 minutes I then ask another waitress to help replace the cracked glass which she gracefully did. Another 8 minutes later my waitress arrived food in hand dropped it in front of me saying "Ill be back to check on you" it made me laugh Bottom line, in my experience my waitress (whos name was Alanda or Alandra) Was inattentive, not very personable and hurried. I dont think she was rude, just misplaced.

I dont normally leave reviews, however I felt a need in this instance. Let me start by saying that OPH has outstanding breakfast food (and burgers to boot). I have never been dissatisfied by my selection. I can always tell that my meal is fresh and always prepared exactly to order. The last time we were in we had the pleasure of having "Tanisha" as our server. What an amazing job she did. We were greeted with a warm smile and a bubbly personality the moment we sat down. She immediately brought us our coffee and orange juice and took our order. She stopped by frequently enough to make sure we werent needing anything but not so much as to be a disturbance. Once the food showed up she stopped by 5 bites in to make sure everything was in order. Of course as always we told her it was great! She very patiently slid us our check when we were ready and bid us a great day. We will be sure to sit in her section the next time we are in!!

Roseville visit poor service waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a server, we went to the main desk to ask for a server. My daughter and I ordered a coffee, water, sausage and cheese omelette and pumpernickel toast to split. The coffee was cold, they do not leave a pot of coffee with our table?? The omelette was overdone on the outside the sausage and cheese were next to cold on the inside, the cheese seemed to be from a large can of processed yuck and the sausage and toast were frozen prior to serving it to my daughter and I. Im 52 years old and that was the worst experience and omelette ever. A positive the flowers on the patio. I do not want anything free, just thought the owner needed a honest opinion.

Good food, mediocre service Visited for late breakfast on a Tuesday. Initial service was OK, seated and order taken promptly. Food took a while, but was OK waiting for fresh food. Arrived with incomplete side order of links but server did recognize issue and it was rectified about 20 minutes later. Big disappointments were in refilling coffee (never came back until I asked for it) and providing check. Sat around for 10 minutes waiting for check, then given paper receipt without credit card holder. Finally left cash on table and left, server lost most of tip since I didnt have enough change to leave 15% though undeserved any way

What a disappointing experience.....We have gone to the Maple Grove restaurant many times and have never been disappointed so inviting friends to meet us at the Roseville location came with the expectation of good food and good service. Sadly, that wasnt the case. The food was smaller portions, extra charge for whipping cream and most upsetting not one sticky, dirty spoon but TWO. The second actually had caked on food. It was disgusting. We spoke to the waitress who sent over the manager who declared that should not have happened but offered only an excuse. We will NOT go back.

Honestly I feel like this place has gone down hill in the last 2 years. . At first the service was great and food was just good. . But lately it seems like EVERY time now something from getting seated and no server coming to say anything for 10 minutes or the food coming out cold and servers making excuses as to why!?!? The food is COLD because it sat on the dam pass for 15 minutes. . I dunno. . Im about done with this place. . I could get the same at perkins. . I will say they have a pretty good gluten menu but if its cold and the service is always sub par. . Whats the point?

There are so many delicious gluten free options! Sure, every breakfast place has eggs, potatoes, and meat, but to be able to order from an array of flavors of crepes, pancakes, AND waffles?! Amazing! And its delicious. Not every single option can be made gluten free, but there are still many choices. I also appreciate that the gluten free items come out on a solid-colored plate (different from the regular white) so you know right away if it was made gluten free or if there was a mistake.

After a 50 min wait on a Saturday at 12:30 there are 0 options for lunch. Only breakfast food, as the signage out side states " "Breakfast Lunch". Disappointed in accommodations this place has.Corrie was our server and service was horrible, the people I came with got the first cup of coffee only and never got a refill. I have had there breakfast before, and it was good. But this experience today has made it so I shall never be a patron here again. If I could rate lower I would.

Granted going on a Sunday morning I expected a wait. They got our party of two in quickly witch was nice. We sat at the table for 5-10 minutes before our waitress showed up. She took our order and then we waited for 35 minutes to get our food. There was another table of two next to us that ordered at the same time as us. That table got their food and ate their meal and left before we got our food. Food was very good, as usual, but the service was quite poor.
