I told myself Ill try one more time . Ive been going here for years. And now I will never go back. Continually horrible service. Never instantly greeted even when no one is ahead of you waiting for the hostess. The food is always either waiting in the window or cold. Example I order pancakes or waffle ..anything with fruit ..the strawberries are always frozen which then make my meal cold and who wants to have frozen fruit on a hot plate? Tonight I asked can you warm up the peaches please on my waffle..of not ill not order the fruit. I heard her say warm up the fruit..got the waffle with ice cold peaches. And no syrup. I ask may I please have maple syrup and she says right away. I see her wander around gabbing with employees while I wait . 2mins later I see her remember. Mind you it is not busy or understaffed this night. Coffee is never refilled. The time before we went I watched our food in the window for well over 15mins and when the server remembered that the order was there she brought the food and said be cautious its hot, no its not hot its cold because it sat in the window while you milled around and the cooks were horsing around crumbling up her ticket and throwing it at her These are just a few moments Ive experienced at IHOP and I am sad to say over the years it just gets worse and the food gets worse. I was honest with the hostess while checking out when she asked how my dinner was. She ran to get a manager and one never showed to speak with me. Not surprising. I will not ever be returning.

We had a poor experience at this IHOP when we visited on Saturday, 5/13. We went specifically for the Kids Eat Free promotion from 4-10 p.m. Truthfully, we should have called in advance to make sure the deal would be honored. When we arrived, we ordered drinks and were about to order food when I double-checked to make sure they honored the promotion. The server said they would not. It was an embarrassing moment, mostly because we had "budgeted" for free kids meals and would have to order different meals to be able to share with the kids. After we asked for a couple more minutes to figure out a cheaper meal plan, our server left and we felt a bit flustered. A minute later, she returned and apologized and said they would accept the "coupon", its just that "nobody ever mentions it so we dont always know what to do." We felt embarrassed again. Our server was very sweet, but it was still an unpleasant experience. At the end of the meal, we were given the ticket and the kids meals were still on there. We had to have them removed. Not the biggest deal, just another one of those things. The food was very good, server was sweet, just a weird experience. Maybe its not the fault of this particular restaurant, but those advertisements for Kids Eat Free are EVERYWHERE, and its misleading. We wont be returning, which is sad because this would be such a great promo.

Pretty disappointed in this IHOP. As we pulled in, an employee also pulled in wearing her uniform, pulled so close to us that neither she or I could hardly get out of our cars. When we did make inside, we met her again and she gave us a look like it was our fault. We sat down and ordered. The caddy holding the flavored syrups was completely emply and since my husband was ordering pancakes, he put the caddy at the end of the table for our server to fill. She came out and brought his condiments for the other food, including the regular syrup and had to reach over the caddy, but completely ignored it. My husband went to another table and got himself. Halfway through our meal, I noticed that my omelet tasted funny and my husband commented as well. We opened up my omelet to see how dark it was. It looked and tasted like the food was cooked in old grease. My husbands was the same. The tea tasted like it had been made the night before. Most IHOP experiences are superb, this was not. We will not be back.

Worst service Ive ever had. Have ate there 3 times now the first time it took them 45 minutes to get my food out to me and then they just didnt worry about telling me that they were out of whipped cream. The second time that I ate there it took them 25 minutes to take my drink order took them 30 minutes to bring me my drink then the manager came out and talk to me and it still took me another 20-30 minutes to bring me my food. The last and final time that I will ever eat at this IHOP we were sitting down at the table our drinks were ordered our food was ordered the waitress never came back again never refilled our drinks dropped off our ticket and ran off without talking to us whenever I was going to order dessert if there was a way for me to rate this place as a zero I would. This weekend I ate at the IHOP on the north side of town the waitress only worked there for 3 days and probably was the best service that I have ever had thank you Emilie

Super busy due to being fathers day on a Sunday afternoon but the staff were very professional, efficient and courteous especially given the amount of customers who were depending on them. They did mess up my order but our awesome waitress corrected the problem immediately and i didnt have to wait but merely seconds for them to correct and bring me my missing food. Service was top of the line and food was divine even though they were totally swamped. They made us feel as if we were the only customers in there and Im sure the other diners were treated the same. Great job Ihop staff! This location gave me the best Ihop dining experience my family has ever had. If only they had a secret recipe to keep our kids under control. The staff were real champs! ****** 6 stars from the Bohn family. Four thumbs up! We will be visiting them again - Danielle and David Bohn.

A very bad experience. My wife got food poisoning from this place. To begin with, it took over thirty minutes to get our food, our waitress never explained why it took so long. When we asked, she was flippant and didnt seem to care. Our food was cold when it arrived, my wifes entree plate had a hair on it, and her other plate with hash browns had a smear of chocolate cake. These items were UNDER the food and she didnt notice them until she had already eaten. Last time I checked, theres not supposed to be chocolate in hash browns or hairs in scrambled eggs. We asked to speak to the manager but were told she was too busy. Then the cashier refused to take anything off of our ticket. About an hour after leaving, my wife had to go to the hospital for severe stomach pain and vomiting. Never again!

To start things off the sweet tea, then there was no sugar at our table. Once we got our appetizer there was a plastic bread tie in it. It then took another 45 minutes to get our entrees. Then we agreed for one side of sour cream and after our server had walk by our table four times without it we assumed she forgot. My eggs were so covered in oil they were unappetizing to look at. I understand that the food was cooked in oil but people dont want to see it on their food when out comes out. Then we asked for a to go box and we had to ask twice just to receive that. We could also hear the manager trying to get food out on time by yelling for runners. I understand that Sundays are busy but this service was beyond bad and I will not be going back.
