I guess lets start at what I first noticed. The air vents, which are directly over food work stations, were filthy. Thats just disgusting knowing that those particles are consistently being fed into the food. Then Alexis took my order, we was prompt and nice. After that initial interaction, just wow. Chubby short white bro with the flat bill comes in and hes bought 2 Little Caesars and everyone was pumped. One girl even said, "Okay. okay." Then pretty much everyone disappears to wherever the pizza is being held hostage. Looked like it was at the back right of the store. Tall skinny black girl finally realizes the line has built up to about 5 people. She calls for help and an employee, medium build black woman, walks in with another pizza! How awesome! She acts like she is going to help said lady and then laughs and walks to office. Meanwhile, tall black guy comes out WITH A PLATE OF PIZZA BY THE LINE OF FOOD AND IS EATING IT! Are you kiddidng me?! Then back comes Alexis to take everyone who was behind me orders. Shes been in that pizza though, she can barely talk because her mouth is so full. At this point, Im almost embarrassed for them. My food came out and I bounced. Like my experience, the food tasted terrible. I bought a 8 piece bucket in the drive through and forgot to get the popcorn chicken for my son which led to my adventure inside. I could barely even eat them with my fully developed man teeth. How was my 2 year old suppose to eat the golden nuggets?! The biscuits and mashed potatoes were on point though, give the biscuit maker a raise and the potato masher a golden mixer with a river of gravy.

Never again!!!!!!!!! In the Gulf coast area KFCs were rare. We looked forward to eating there when we came upon one in Texas or elsewhere inspite of having some good fried chicken places like Churches, Popeyes and other privately owned places because of the seasonings and signature coleslaw. However, after moving here we expected much better, but have been disappointed repeatedly, especially rececently when I paid over 5 dollars for 2 pieces of meat the size, combind, less than my hand. The cornbread was very dry and the coleslaw was bad, perhaps spoiled and they wanted to charge me extra for the drink. When I complained they were nonchalant and not apologetic at all. Theyve closed the one in Eminence and one in Shelbyville, maybe the other one should follow suit. They are charging over 12 dollars for the buffet which looked unappetizing. None of the employees seemed to care about the food or their jobs. My wife and I prefer Krogers fried chicken and even better the chicken from Country Boys in Eminence or Wills Grill in Simpsonville. All we can say is yuck, yuck, yuck!

I always order a bucket of dark meat extra crispy and in the past 2 years they have never had it not once. Theyve always offered too mix it with original and add wings in it. I wish that place would just once have what I order plus the service sucks they have no manners. Once I ordered the buffet and waited 45 minutes for chicken. It was BS I saw chicken we were supposedly waiting on come up and go out the drive through window so many times just to hear then day were waiting on chicken every time I went to the counter. Everyone else that came with me that did not get the buffet got theyre chicken before the buffet was stocked. Ive resorted to getting chicken from cowboys instead because of the lack of good service and apparently their shortage of extra crispy dark meat

Very horrible. This restaurant doesnt deserve any stars because Alexis at the drive-thru was rude and laughed and smarted off to us and Tonya the manager is rude. I will never visit your restaurant location again. I want a phone call immediately from the corporate office immediately. Its disgusting the way they treated us. The employees need training on how to treat and respect customers. Alexis at the drive-thru and the Manager Tonya were horrible. The Manager Tonya was not a manager at all she was just a regular employee.

UNBELIEVABLE.........Order buffet guess what NO Chicken so I asked for a leg and a breast (waited at counter) but instead of giving it to me , No the girl put them in the chicken ben and when I went to get them GONE> so I asked again but this time I got a attude and thrown in ben ( but I was ready this time...lol ) got them. The restaurant was very filthy trash cans overflowing and tables with food and trays on them. Wont be going back.

Me and my family went into KFC and the manager was so rude. She was a total smart ass and wouldnt help us out and got a attitude when we asked her a question about the sauce they have. Shes not the type that deserves the title of a manager!!!!!!!!! I will never be back

These people are so kind. I had an issue getting pizza to my house from both companies and upon hearing my delima close to closing, Erica responded most generously. Good people and great customer service! Erica, keep it up, you are an asset to to the company!

11am I got chicken. Biscuit, Slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans cottage cheese and preaches. Only one thing I got was terrible. The Mac and cheese was watery and really didnt taste like macaroni or cheese. But, other than that everything is great!

My mashed potatoes was wattery and tasted no where near how the "famous bowl" normally tastes at different KFC. They also got my order wrong to begin with and when I got home was faced with bad tasting wattery mashed potato famous bowl.

Place wasnt very clean, service is horrible, I had to drive away from the window one day cause no one would come to that or the speaker, and they didnt have the buffet stocked at all on a busy time. And the food wasnt very good.

The fried chicken is awesome but somewhat greasy. The buiscuts are really good. Their macaroni and cheese is the best in any restaurant in Shelbyville. Their mashed potatoes & gravy are good and potato wedges are the best.

* EXCEPTION* BATHROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED REGULARLY AND THE BUFFET IMO SHOULD have someone that helps serve instead of strangers reaching across with dirty hands and such ..... other then that who could beat the Colonels food

Can be hit or miss... Seems disorganized and understaffed. I understand good help can be hard to come by though. Food is usually pretty good, service is slow though. Depends on the time you go and who is working.

Its KFC. It is exactly what you think it is. It could be cleaner but it isnt gross. The service was good for fast food and I got my food hot and in a timely manner. If you want more than that, you dont want KFC.

Chicken was dry. Ordered 3pc. Tender meal and they were the combined size of a normal one. Wait was long, was 3rd in drive though and took more than 20 min. Cashier was friendly and rest of the food was good.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. When I got home with my meal there was only 2 pieces of chicken, no sides, it was cold, dried out and so hard I could not eat it. I had to throw it in the garbage.
