Im giving them no stars. The employee was very confrontational and argumentative. I tried to explain that I had come the day before and ordered a grilled chicken breast and got back to work and realized they gave me a thigh instead. So all I was doing was asking her to please make sure that I recieved the breast that I ordered today and what had happened the day before. She got very defensive stated that she knew her chicken and worked the drive thru the day before and there was no way that I was given the wrong chicken. I had asked to speak with a manager and she stated the manager was too busy. So I called the restaurant from the drive thru and asked to speak with the manager the same girl answered and asked the manager in the background if she should calI the cops on me. When I got to speak with a manager about the other employees attitude and the way she was speaking with me, the manager just blew me off.. I have been going to this KFC for over 10 years. I hate to say it but I will not be returning there.

Upon walking in this KFC looked updated and remodeled. They have an all you can eat buffet which is nice when they have food in stock. Their truck is late for delivery. We went to order and there was standing water where the food is being cooked. Employees are walking through it and dont want to be bothered except for the one who put in our order. He was the only helpful one, I wish I had his name but its a girls name on the receipt. Then go to find a table and EVERY SINGLE ONE IS DIRTY. There are a total of 3 familys dining in and every table is dirty, with as many employees standing around in the back there should be no reason for this. Next the soda area, there is dried sticky soda everywhere around the machine. Next thing they need to remodel here is their employees. Better training would be beneficial with some proper management.

Disgusting!!! Will never go back!!! The buffet bar wasnt kept nice. Nothing looked fresh. Under better judgment, we stayed and ate there. Floor was sticky, table was sticky. Chicken was dry. They were out of big cups. They were out of napkins. How!? So they had a big roll of paper towels from the restroom sitting on the counter to use. Employees didnt want bothered, too busy standing in the back talking. Young girl dropped her plate, at least 2 employees seem it, neither of them came out to clean it, finally when an employee did come out, jitsu paper towels, never mopped it. The girl had to ask for another plate. Common sense employees, she dropped her plate, you seen it, give her a new plate. Clean the spill. Daughter said restrooms were DISGUSTING

Would give a negative 5 however will not allow me to give that rating. Had the most unprofessional treatment today. Ordered hot wings, potato wedges and a small popcorn chicken. Was told it would be 10 minutes. After 30 minutes was told they gave my order to the wrong person. They got mad when asked how much longer would have to wait. When received order, was shorted popcorn chicken. When I told the lady at the window she literally almost through them at me and slammed the door. I thought all the bad reviews were wrong. They werent. Save yourself the money and the agony and make the extra trip somewhere else for chicken. Wonder how the Sanders would feel about how this store has ruined the reputation of what they worked so hard to grow...

Though I do like the recent renovations, such as the chandeliers and new seats, this KFC is rather lacking. On one day I visited they were out of grilled chicken. I could excuse this. However the very next time we visited, they put mayonnaise on our chicken sandwiches, despite us obviously saying we wanted only pickles. I just dont believe that the management is well organized, and there leaves a lot of room for improvement. But the food was still good, so it at least gets 3 stars.

No buffet was told a month ago it would be back month later no buffet. Ordered a simple 4 piece with two side and they couldnt even get that right the whole restaurant was a mess dont know why had alot of employees and no customers better turn it around this is not the kfc I grew up with very sad

My mom got a bacterial infection from her at the same day as 3 other people did. Please tell your highschool workers to wash there Damn hands and stop being lazy. Im 16 and I work at Dominos and we are a clean and very kept place and most our csrs are highschoolers. Get your crap together

Employees were very rude and the buffet was empty and what food was on the buffet was dried out or burnt. You could kill someone with a biscuit because it was so hard. Someone spilt a drink on the floor and it took a employee 10 minutes to mop it up. And no they werent busy.

One of the most poorly managed KFC locations. Drive thru wait can sometimes be 20 minutes, so plan accordingly. Wait times inside can also be lengthy, even with few customers. Store is often dirty. Point of sale equipment is usually broken to some degree.

to many times i have gotten a wrong order , rude service , or under cooked food . they also complain about me having a large order at drive thru . rudely told me next time i have a big order come in . and quality of chicken has hit rock bottom for me .

Stop in and enjoy some KFC. The customer service at this store is better than many other KFC franchise locations youll visit. And try the grilled chicken. Its good! Hints of the seasonings in the fried chicken, but with less fat and calories!

This place has gone down hill so much. The dinning room is dirty, the napkin dispenser has not been filled up, the tables havent been wiped down. The guy working the counter taking orders is loud and obnoxious. Will not be back here.

Service was fine, chicken was a disastrous mess and no napkins and no spoon or fork on a drive through order. Simple fix, more training needed. The sweet tea was so sweet it was undrinkable.
