Got KFC last night and I paid for the #1 and there was almost no chicken it was like I got the last of a old batch so it was like all hard crunchy stuff my mashed potatoes and gravy was cold and the macaroni and cheese was dry and cold. So I try calling up there today to complain and the number on the receipt didnt even work so I just go in and explain all that and she replaced my order and everything looks good except she did not fill the popcorn chicken up all the way she filled it up a little over halfway. I shouldve just got a refund. Horrible service there wont be going back I can say that much.

Third time in two months that they were out of chicken, tried to get 12 piece meal tonight was told out of original recipe so I said to mix, get home to 6 wings in my 12 piece bucket Im sorry but $32 dollars for that was ridiculous, my call did no good they want me to drive 30 minutes back to make it right, how about your management make it right my first trip threw .your employees definitely need a lesson in customer satisfaction and a class in work ethics.

The food on the buffet was Good n Hot and the dining area was very clean. The young lady at the counter taking my order was quite friendly and always smiling. Cant say enough how Service with a Smile affects my overall experience. Keep up the good work.

Walked in to get a buffet.....It was not supposed to close for 15 minutes. We were told it was closed by the manager. I saw the girl working it tell the cashier not to sell anymore very discretely. Was very disappointed.

Food is what you would expect but the place is trashed. Very dirty. Ate for around 30-40 mins and not one person cleaned a table or swept the floor. Terrible standards.
