I am giving this restaurant 3 stars for the following reason. I myself am a vegetarian and I understand, yes, to eat at Golden Corral as a veggie is dietary suicide. However, even with such being said, the options that I was able to enjoy were not actually very enjoyable. Many of the dishes were overcooked, too watery and therefore too soggy, and the salad bar had some vegetables that were starting to decompose from age. Hence, the food options available to me were not quite commendable. However, the service is incomparable! Our waiters and waitresses were extremely professional, friendly, and quick to address our needs. If it werent for the staff, Id be giving this place a star or two less. Overall, if youre a vegetarian, dont come here. Yes, common sense, I know. However, if you eat meat, you should definitely consider this place! Im not sure how the meat is, but if its good, then you will have found yourself a new favorite restaurant for your family and/or your friends!

I have eaten at this particular restaurant 3 times in the last 7 years. It takes a while for me to forget how bad it was then I get dragged back in. The food looked foul, but I tried to eat one plate. I could not. I literally sat there why my kids settled for ice cream instead. My son tried to eat a biscuit and literally could not cut through it with a knife or by biting it he is 12. I picked up a rice crispy treat as a last ditch effort for some calories out of my $50 dinner. It was so hard it literally exploded into dust when I tried to bite into it. I am really uncertain how it has managed to stay open this long. I must say the waiter "Mike" needs a raise as he was doing a great job on his part and I tipped extra since I could see none of the tables that left did. Conclusion: If you want to eat stale slop food out that comes out of buckets for cheap this is the spot, but I will not ever ever ever go back. Did I say ever.

Servers are great ! I have never observed any of them standing around if a customer needed anything. Food really hits the spot and theres a Hugh variety. Bathrooms are pretty clean. You get your moneys worth without a doubt. Only real thing that bothers me is the guy at the vegetable area...I would feel a lot better if he wore a mask over all that shaggy face hair..and he really needs to wear something more than a ball cap to hold back his long nasty looking hair and ponytail. He spends so much time in the cooler or hiding behind a column post or behind the tall carts that come from the cooler all so he can talk on his cell phone instead of working as he is paid to do. This guys appearance and letting the food run out and having to stand and wait while he refills it make me want to bypass his section and go straight for the meat and desert sections.

This is the second restaurant that I have visited in the Golden Corral chain. I prefer this chain restaurants for the number of choice and availability of various cuisines. The first time I went was in North Carolina. It was very disappointing to see the quality of buffet plates. They were pretty old with visible cracks. The quality of food was very moderate. I did like the steak though. The man behind the grills knew what he was doing and gave it as I requested. Some of the staffs behind the counter were not so careful with what they were doing. The chocolate fountain was not as good as it was when I visited the other restaurants of the same chain. Maybe the restaurant at NC put the bar high that I wouldnt go to this particular location again or maybe we went on a bad day. Everybody in my table agreed that 2 stars is what this branch deserves.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I just got done eating here. Right as my girlfriend and I walked in we were greeted by a lady in a yellow shirt who was a part of the "management" team. This lady seemed rude and she seemed she hated her job. We called to complain about the food quality and the same manager answered. she didnt even seem to care. But anyway we sat down and went and got our first plate of food...every thing we had was cold. Every single thing. My salad was warmer than the salmon I had. To think the chefs are proud of what they are serving is simply amazing. This not only ruined my experience here...but all golden corals. For $13.99 a person Id rather go pretty much anywhere else.

There are two types of people in this world. Buffet people and people who absolutely despise buffets. If youre reading this youre probably looking for a good laugh at peoples awful experiences theyve had here. But the one thing I took away from this place was how good theyre steak was. Yes, their steak. Incredible steak cooked perfectly. I had three servings. If youve having a bad day and need to fill your body with good beef, this is an option. A bit unorthodox but a hidden gem you dont want to brag about. Their deserts are good too but those are hard to screw up. Dont venture on to any of the other options. Beef and desserts only.

I literally wouldnt even give this place one star. Just gave them that to leave a comment. Terrible just terrible. Waitress was very nice only good part of the visit. All the food was disgusting! Everything is either over cooked or under cooked, or just plain raw, cold. Its sad when youre craving something and you have to ask for your money back and settle for Dinner elsewhere. From now on I will stick to what I know. Trust me if you are not going to the Miller lane location or beaver creek dont Waste your time go anywhere else!

This was by far the worst food I have ate while dining out. The meatloaf was burnt on the outside and pink in the center, nothing was good except the rolls! Hush puppies were over cooked and even the mash potatoes had a bad taste, I didnt know it was possible to mess up mash potatoes??? Choose the Golden Corral on Miller Lane if you must go but dont bother going to the Miamisburg location, they really need a new manager to go in there and straighten it out.

By far worst Golden Corral Ive ever been too. For starters the woman that greeted my boyfriend and I was rude, and very unwelcoming. So then we go up to get our food, and everything on both of our plates was cold. Disappointing, but went up hoping maybe the fresh food that was brought out would be warm, it was not. Everything was cold, yet again. This was absolutely terrible. Worst experience, I will never be back to a Golden Corral.

I always enjoy Dayton mall golden coral I was not pleased with lady on grill she act like she was too good to fix the steaks and when customers were waiting she would go to the back and a gentleman would have to cook. She made a few customers up set. We get this attitutude from miller Lane not use to it here been coming for 10 plus years.. I hope shes better or gone when we return.. Very upset on June 5 evening shes also very slow
