Way better then the Italian restaurant that used to be in this location. Im from Chicago so I know what good Italian food is. Great little Italian place for this area. Food was excellent. Sauce with seafood dish was excellent. Canoli was good, not a game of the syrup on it but still good. Tiramisu was on par with some of the best Ive had in Chicago. Brought us free garlic bread sticks with sauce, they mixed well with the white wine marinara sauce in my seafood dish better though. Its not the old place people. Please go check it out and keep the doors open. Only other changes to the place I would make to be on par with some traditional Italian spots in Chicago (which they may be in the process of, I dont know) is 1. Cozy the place up a little more, not such an open booth floor plan, lower lighting. 2. Warm, fresh baked bread, French or Italian served with soft butter and bottles of olive oil with Italian seasoning in it on every table to dip your bread in. Bruschetta was really good, could have been better if the bread it came on was half the size and had fresh baby mozzarella on it. Still really good, just cut the bread in half myself. Not complaining, just offering suggestions. Food was great, we will definitely be back and recommending to all we know.

If I could give this place zero stars and write a review I would! At first glance it looks like a great place and the experience would be too. But the Service was absolutely horrible it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks our appetizer can out with my husbands pizza while i had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get mine and my sons food (he is a toddler so we shared) the food was bland and i felt like i was eating school food. When I spoke to the manager about it all and that this was our first and last time eating here and all she had to say was ok in an overly peppy way like it was no big deal. I dont recommend this place at all.i will be talking to the GM tomorrow. The service the food and the management just absolutely terrible

So I ordered stuffed shells, cheese ravioli and a salad. At first glance it looks like a lot of food cause they also give you bread. Well I get home with the food. Hot real hot almost to hot but looks great. However there were only 2 small stuffed shells with a lot of spaghetti around same with the ravioli except the were 3 of them. When we bit into them they were amazing as well as the bread. Lime I said portions were a little short but I get it. The deal breaker was the dressing for the salad was watery. Now I will go back but the dressing has got to be better in house then the take home. Other then the dressing being watered down and you can tell the food was amazing. Hope this helps.

With a great many culinary experiences in this area, one really needs to recalibrate expectations. However Tuscany Italian was a pleasant surprise. The service was prompt, the pizza was the best youll find in the area (and very good by all standards), and prices are excellent. Food temperatures were great - hot, and well prepared. I had the fettuccine Alfredo which, sadly, was unremarkable and bland though well composed. Dont be afraid of garlic, salt, and pepper in the kitchen guys. This is a solid spot for lunch as it is quick and tasty!

Had the Cajun Alfredo. GOOD EATING!!! The place was nearly empty when I sat down but it wasnt long that customers were filling the seats. Service was good and food came out within a reasonable time so no problem there. Ive had previous dining experience with the Tuscany in Louisville (Outer Loop, near Newcut Rd) so its no surprise that the Radcliff location was of equal quality (manager told me that the owners at Outer Loop own the Radcliff location). I wouldnt hesitate to dine there again.

i have been here 20 + times this sunday i ordered a combination pizza and a bruschetta appetizer the food has always been very good so i dont know if u had a new cook or what but the pizza was soggy and under done and the brushetta was differant than i have had in the past tasted kinda sour ! just wanted u to know ! i know consistentsy is very important in the restaurant buisness and wanted u to know ! looking forward to having some more of ur delious food in the future

The food is really good and the cannolli is delicious, but my son ordered a mixed drink on the menu and it wasnt even made the way it was supposed to be. He told them a few times that it was awful and made wrong.....you think they wouldnt charge him for it or at least give a discount for screwing up....but no, they charged $7.95 for a martini that wasnt!!! So they get a thumbs down for customer service!

I went with my father we had a below average time. Our server was kind and courteous. She also seemed to be the only server actually working the floor. There were 3 other servers who only ever escorted costumers to there tables. The food itself was practically drowned in sauce, however, the food was above average. On the whole. Its a nice restaurant that I would come to again in the future.

Food was excellent and very affordable! Server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the items they have on their menu. I rarely give a 5 star to any restaurant and this one almost had it. I didnt like that it was in a strip mall and the lights were just a little bright as you first walk in. We will definitely be back!

Went for dinner, had pizza and garlic bread. Both were very delicious and resonably priced. The only issue was I ordered a drink and took a little longer than it should have for them to make it, but was good when i got it.

Good cheesy bread, however the pasta was over cooked and baked spaghetti was simply spaghetti with a piece of cheese on top.. Was not as impressed as i thoughg i would be after recieving our appetizer.
