We waited on a seat in the recovery lounge bar area and decided to stay there. We havent been in before so it takes a minute to decide what you want. I ordered the lasagna and my wife ordered the Center cut 6 ounce fillet. After we ordered it took 30 min to get our salad. And the waitress/bartender got more snotty and rude as the night went on. We finished our salads which were not the best and our food came . My wifes came out cooked correctly but looked and tasted like a piece of overpriced round steak and mine came out on a hot plate that had obviously set for most of the time we were there, as it had about 3/4 of an inch of burnt edge on the plate and it tasted awful. Needless to say we will not be going back...ever. apparently if you are in a group you get better service.

Me and my girlfriend went before Prom and had not been there before so we werent sure what to expect. However we both loved our food. And our service was great. Our waiter was named Corey or Cory, not sure how to spell it, but he was very cool about everything and was awesome. I would give 5 stars but the only issue was that it was extremely cold in there. I understand that they cant really control it because of the hotel but it was freezing, so cold it actually made my food kinda cold. Still great though.

I would never go back to this place. The food was way too expensive. The offered no bread sticks and brought some bread (they told us they normally do not do this at lunch but charged us full dinner prices anyway) which was not so great. My food lasagna was frankly terrible. My wife had alfredo with chicken way too expensive and with so much garlic she could not eat it. This is the 2nd time I tried this place and the last for sure. Travel to Ft Wayne and go to Olive Garden or somewhere else.

The food was really good! Great portions. Our waitress was super nice! I have four stars because when we first came in, they people seating us were very snobby, and my Mom wanted to go for her birthday, i walk with a cane, and they made us walk all over before seating us, and they were rude! Great salad, bread, and dinner. I would try again!

I was so impressed with the service! My husband and I took our whole family out for a special dinner (group of 10) and we never once had an empty glass or dirty plate in front of us. The food and desert were amazing unlike anything else you can get in Warsaw. We will defiantly be making Bella Vitale a regular restaurant of choice!!!!

Terrible service. Not kid friendly. My children got served raw chicken. Didnt get our full order when ask about the rest of our meal our server didnt even put it in the system. Will not be returning. Not to metion everyone who ate got upset stomachs. And got the wrong bill when it was time to pay!

Couldnt have had any better unflavored Italian food! I have never had bad Italian food till i ran into this place. The sauces were blander than a 3 hour lecture on Navier-Stokes equation! If i have to ask for and add the required seasonings myself- why am i paying 35 bucks and tips for it?

I had heard from many friends that this place was way overpriced. I walked in expecting to pay way too much and wasnt surprised when I saw the menu. But then they brought me my meal. My plate was HUGE!!! So much food. And so good. Very worth the leftovers.

If you like Italian food that taste like a cheaper version of Stouffers frozen food, then eat here. Dont waste your time!! Go to Fort Wayne and eat at the Olive Garden, Casas or Biaggis! Each of these places are 100 times better!!!

Good food, atmosphere, and service. Nice little place in Warsaw for some Italian food. The downside is that its hard to find once you are inside the hotel, so head straight back from the hotel lobby past the bar.
