We saw that the original restaurant was open once again and thought it would be a great place to eat on a Saturday night. We arrived at 610 PM, and there was a small line of folks waiting to be seated. We waited and got seated after a short wait at about 620 PM. Granted the place was full....so we anticipated the service would be a bit slow. A bit slow would be an understatement. We wound up walking out at 750 PM.....and hour and a half later....with NO FOOD. Several things (in addition to the already slow service) influenced our decision to leave. One, our server rarely interacted with us.....but one of the last times she did, she said "your food will be up shortly". In fact, when we left, it was 20 minutes later and still no food. Second, about 5 minutes after saying our food would be up shortly, she actually did come interact with us again.....asking my wife how she wanted her dish prepared. I thought what the heck, if shes just now asking how she wants it prepared, its definitely not "about to come out". But the third and final thing that made us aware it was definitely time to give up, was we started watching closer the folks up in the other part of the restaurant (separated by the glass wall). Tables of folks were leaving.....a new group of people would be seated......and yes....though it was slow for them too, THEY GOT THEIR FOOD....even though they came in long after us. So at the hour and a half point....at exactly 750 PM, and not seeing our server anywhere (of course)....we got up and left. Is the food any good? I honestly cant say, as i never had any. Was the service that night.....25 Feb/Saturday night......HORRIBLE? Yes indeed. Some of the worst Ive experienced. While slow everywhere.....there was definitely more issues going on in our area (to be honest). I suspect the wait up in the front part of the restaurant probably wasnt as bad....and the service looked like it probably was considerably better too. But no such luck for us in our area............ Oh, we drove back to Wetumpka, went to Los Mayos, were seated immediately and eating in no time. Had a lovely margarita.....so the night wasnt a total waste! Not sure if/when well try Casa Napoli again.....but no doubt it may need to be a night when Ive got a few hours to kill waiting for food?

I really want Casa Napoli to succeed. However, this is our third experience eating there only to discover the food was bland. I get more flavor from a jar of spaghetti sauce from Walmart than the sauce used on the food or I could make better sauce at home. As a soldier who has deployed to Italy and enjoyed the local food, Casa Napoli was a disappointment. The Chicken Parmesan I ordered - the chicken breasts were cut thinly and heavily breaded and cooked to the point the chicken was dried out. It was accompanied by a small amount of noodles. The Chicken Alfredo my wife ordered was a huge order, but the Alfredo sauce was blah, no flavor at all. The third person in our party said her food was just okay. She was disappointed there was no soup to add to her order. Well probably visit one last time. If our experience is the same, well give up. I truly hope changes are made to how food is prepared to avoid a bland taste. Again, I really want this business to succeed.

Italian is my favorite food. Ive eaten at Casa Napoli twice, I didnt enjoy it either time. This past weekend I had Tour of Napoli. The chicken parmesan, fettuccine alfredo and lasagna were all very dry and fairly tasteless. My salad, both times, was room temp and the bleu cheese dressing tasted like bottled dressing that had been around too long. Three fourths of the salad was removed by the waiter and at least half my entree was as well. This should have been a clue but the waiter, who did a GREAT job of waiting our table, asked me nothing about how the food was. My husband and I ordered the same thing and he felt as I did about it, he didnt finish his meal either. Our friends seemed to enjoy their dinner. Ill stick to Carrabbbas.

The place WAS a great place to work at, the place WAS a great place to eat. However the Flaming Con Artist otherwise know as William Allison caused the business to fail, and now the restaurant is closed putting a lot of families out of work. Dedicated families who put there sweat and tears into the place. Beware any local business owners of Wetumpka, Alabama, William "Will" Allison is not a business man and will steal your money!

This place was excellent. We went on our anniversary. I called ahead to make sure they had room for all seven of us. No reservation, and they remembered my name. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. I am glad the place is up and running again. Again, I wish your business the best, and will certainly come back.

My salad had been frozen and was brown I sent it back and got another just as bad the bread was burnt my husbands mussels were not all opened and his fettuccine was under cooked and everything was very bland it needs salt to start this could be a nice little place with some work and a trained chef

Food was just okay. Chicken Parmesan was warm, and crust was over cooked. Meatballs were good, but only warm too. Service was not very good either, waitress might have been new. Possibly working out new restaurant kinks and hopefully will get better.

They have new owners and staff for a few months now. I love the food. The calamari is excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. We have been back a few times and the food and service has been consistantly excellent!

This place is a rip off!!! Be careful!! They advertise all their seafood is FRESH everyday..when in actuality is is ALL frozen!! The owner told me today that he has the right to falsely advertise!

We have visited this place twice, and both times the food was of poor quality -- tasted frozen and microwaved. The servers were nice enough, but our entire party left away very disappointed.

The staff was very nice. It is a small place. I had fettachini and it was ok. Very big portion!! The sauce could have been thicker and creamier!
