Service was wonderful... Chicken piccata, soaked in capers so that you cant taste nothing else, chicken Marsala is not what you order at an Italian restaurant at all... My hands still smell like the 50 capers I got off my linguini before I ate... The chicken on both meals tasted frozen and bland, other than of course, the capers that I cant get the smell out of my hands now... Capers are an accent, NOT A MAIN COURSE!! I HAD MORE CAPERS THAN CHICKEN!!! The piccatta would have been great with a dabble of capers with the lemon and white wine sauce... It was just too much...

Lets see, I sat and watched the general manager cough into his hand, pick up a baby, go outside, come back in and not wash his hands and continue to bring customers their food. Our waitress pretty much ignored us the entire time and thank god I wasnt dying because it took until the end of my meal to get a refill on my drink. If I could give this place a half a star I would.

Food is usually good, but the Venetian White Pizza had absolutely no flavor, their marinara sauce tastes like blended tomatoes, and the staff seem very confused about the products they sell. All in all, it is the best Italian Restaurant in the county to eat at, considering its the ONLY Italian Restaurant in the county to eat at.

We have dined in and gotten good portions and when we order out they short the portions!!! I get off work and get my order open and see ten frys and a sub that has hardly any toppings ... really is this how to treat your take out !!! You will never get my business again better off ordering a pizzza for half the price.

The food is good, and the staff is usually friendly. Generally the wait for food is not too long. The staff is compromised of mostly school kids, and that can cause some turnover. If youre patient a new waiter or waitress shouldnt be a problem. Other than the turnover rate its not a bad place to eat.

The blonde head waitress is my favorite she does her job great and well. She always gets everything right never mess up my order. Best waitress I ever had compared to all resturants Ive been too. Her name is Rachel. Ask for her to be your waitress. Shes amazing!!!!! Oh and the food is great too!!

Gondolier recently changed its menu and removed all of the food I used to order. The last time I ate there, I had trouble finding something from the menu that I WANTED to eat. I finally SETTLED for an item.

Salads are not worth ordering. Hot dishes are ok. Environment is confusing with a family like seating arrangement and sports tvs oddly placed. There are better dining options around town.
