This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a very long time. My fiance and I have dined at other locations prior and were very excited to celebrate our anniversary dinner there. We had called ahead and made reservations as we know it gets busy during dinner. When calling, we made a point to mention to the hostess that we were celebrating our anniversary. We waited 20 mins after our reservation time to be seated. 10 mins after that our waitress finally took our drink order. I know this must sound like an exaggeration, but I assure you it is not. I was frustrated at this. We waited 10 mins after our drink order was taken to receive our drinks minus the waters we requested as well. I understand they were busy, but during this 20 mins of waiting for just our drinks, I saw the waitress on 2 separate occasions accept cash money from another table for what I assume was for prompt service as she went to their table at least 5 times while we waited. We eventually asked the manager who was running our appetizers for water. She assured us shed be right back with it. We didnt see her again the rest of the visit. Eventually we received our water after requesting it for a 6 time while our waitress was busing the tables in the now empty section we were sitting in. Our entire section was empty by the time our entrees arrived. While we were eating several other waiters and waitresses came over to our section to assist in cleaning. They were loudly talking about the previous guests who dined there very disrespectfully. Things like "wouldnt care about the mess they made if they gave me a cupcake." Then, they loudly exclaimed that the table behind us was "hustling them for free food" earlier because they failed to deliver and sing for someones birthday that they supposedly never told them about- yada yada yada. To our servers credit, she pointed out to her co-workers that guests were still there eating and they promptly stopped complaining as loudly. This level of service was absolutely appalling. As we left we also had to endure seeing the bartender stuffing his face with Alfredo noodles behind the bar. Not only is that absolutely disgusting but against MANY health codes to be eating in a place were food and drink are being prepared. There is nothing that would convince me to return to this establishment. My fiance and I discussed voicing our complaints to a member of management, but having been already neglected once and after listening to what the staff thinks of those who complain, we paid our check and left as quickly as we could. I will never be returning and I strongly urge anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience to look elsewhere.... or bring bribe money to ensure you at least RECEIVE service.

Me and my girlfriend went here for her birthday on a saturday night around 10pm... There was no wait as there was no one waiting for a table... We were seated quickly and were waited on right away... This is probably because we were the late crowd... The waitress was nice and helpful as i had never been there before... We were brought bread and the oil dipping sauce... Im not sure what is in this but it did not taste good at all... the bread was also cold... i just assumed this was because we were there later than the usual rush and it was leftover bread... we ordered antipasto salad which was awesome and the spicy chicken rigatoni which was also very good.. both portions were very large and reasonably priced.... since it was my girlfriends birthday she ordered a drink... it was a lemon drop martini or something very similar... the drink was not filled even close to the top and was horrible!!!!! it was all sugar, little alcohol and over priced!!! i also had a drink which had basil in it and it was also lacking flavor and alcohol... the bill was 50 dollars and all i got was good service and ok food... if it was busy i would have only gotten good food... if you go here do not order drinks and go when its dead...

Worst Ive had in a long time. In fact We walked out before our waiter showed up because not only was it a long wait, it was filthy!. We went to grab a chopped salad which they make real well , at least in Chicago. We sat down and looked around - There were napkins, straws, food and ice all over the floor. I could not believe a manager would allow this to happen! I finally looked at my wife and said lets leave, I cant eat in a place like this. As we were leaving I told the waiter how filthy the place was and he just laughed. So I decided to ask for the manager. I showed him the floor and asked if he would eat in a place like this? His answer "no". I guess my question is why is a manager hanging out in a kitchen when he could be proactive and helping to clean the place for future guest? In any event, Ill never eat there again and I bet it wont stay open with these standards. I also find it hard to believe corporate doesnt have a feedback page for incidence like this- very disturbing that they dont want to know what is going on.

If by authentic this place seems to imply Italian food MUST come in tremendous quantities and has to have no flavor then theyre hitting the nail on the head. Hell they above the call of duty by making everything on the menu cost more than youd ever want to pay for. I personally feel like if this place claims to be serving authentic Italian food we might want to make sure the Italians dont find out about it, could have an international incident on our hands. Ive tried this place multiple times throughout the years but finally had to say no thinks after the third time. Its name is fun to say so we would often find ourselves wanting to go here but we finally had to eat the food without saying the name of the place and realized, damn a real Italian would be pissed at these people. I mean Chef Boyardee would likely take it as an insult and I think that dudes from Minnesota or something.

Came here to celebrate my 40th birthday. When we sat down my husband let our waiter know that it was my birthday and asked if they did any special acknowledgements for birthdays. Waiter said they did but seemed less than enthusiastic about it. Long story short, I never was recognized for celebrating a birthday and our waiter never mentioned it again. We came on a slow, rainy Tuesday and were only one of about six families there total. I kept hoping it would happen the next time he visited our table. By the time our check came I just gave up hope. Food this time was disappointing. Bland and actually made my daughter and I physically sick. Two stars for this visit is generous. What a let down. By the way, when you click on the "contact us" tab on the corporate webpage, it takes you to the FAQs. No way to contact them whatsoever. Who runs a business like this? Wont be returning.
