I seen the comment that the place looks abandoned in truth it kind of does. However its the most unlikely places you tend to find surprising. This is true of this place the parking lot on a Saturday morning was half full so it was pretty easy to get into. I normally eat at the Dennys across the street but the parking lot was full. I seen the sign for all day breakfast so I decided to give it a try and I could get my semi in the lot. Upon entering the decor looks dated but I was seated quickly. I dont judge a place on decor I judge it on service and the quality of the food. My drink order was brought to me promptly and my order was taken quickly. The staff seems friendly and knowledge the food was good they gave me exactly what I asked for and I didnt have to wait for long for my food.they often checked back to see if I needed anything. The surprising was the size of the sausage links they were huge. I only paid a dollar more than I did at Dennys and got more for the money. I like the menu here it is simple and to the point but for someone looking to eat a little on the healthy side its perfect. I will most definitely be back.

I went there with my family of 4, hoping that it would be a new favorite, and we didnt have to wait to be seated because it wasnt very busy. However after being seated and drink orders were taken, a large crowd came in after us, and were served their food they ordered after us, before us, and we literally went through almost 2 whole drinks before our food came out, which honestly the food was nothing special and was lukewarm. The waitress seemed to be to busy with the large table then us. Then when we told her our food was not hot, she said "sorry for the inconvenience but i cant do anything about it". it was a very horrible experience and i will not be going back anytime soon!

I was unimpressed with the unkempt parking lot, building that looks more abandoned than in use, and the rude waitstaff. We were served boring, bland, overpriced food and treated like garbage by the waitress who served us. On top of that, I was very disappointed at how long we had to wait to not only be greeted but served our food, especially at a time of day when we were some of the only people there. We asked to speak to a manager and were told he was simply too busy, and that if we had any comments we should check the website for a contact section. Very disappointed, indeed. My husband and I will not be giving this sleazy company our business again.

I went with our church seniors to eat about a week ago. I ordered the liver and onions. Honestly, it was the best liver and onions I was ever served at a restaurant! So, I took my daycare kids there for breakfast this morning. My eggs came as ordered, usually they dont at other places, and everything else was wonderful! I was impressed, given the experiences I had at the restaurant that was there before. I will be going back to try there fish...I heard its really good! Oh, and the staff was friendly and attentive too. :-)

Very empty restaurant. Staff just standing around. Got open face sandwich and meatloaf dinners and the gravey had a metallic taste not appetizing at all. Waiter said its from sitting in the tin so long. Took food back and ordered a burger with onion and pickles and it came with neither but instead with lettece and tomato and fries and meatloaf dinner without gravey. Hamburger was a frozen patty and the meatloaf was not homemade. Very diappointed and wont go back.

Great restaurant! The food is all like homemade food. Great taste and the servers give great service. This restaurant used to be Perkins. When Perkins closed without notice a group of the staff got together and bought the restaurant. So you may be waited on by an owner and your food may be cooked by an owner. This insures good service all the time. Great food and bakery items.

My husband was worried, the outside decor is somewhat run down, but the service was good and the food was yummy. They had a good selection of both breakfast and lunch/dinner food. He had the Benedict and I got an omelette. It was plenty of food without being too much or too little. They kept the coffee flowing and it was good. It was also very clean inside. Great job, Crew.

Add another half star, because the only thing we would change would be for our hash browns at breakfast to be crispier! Supper the night before was fabulous! The turkey club sandwich that we both ordered was rave worthy! Two turkeys cooked fresh every morning! The fries were excellent! Crisp and not greasy.. Generous portions! Wish I lived nearby. I highly recommend it!

My cousin and I ate at The Crew today for the first time. From a review I read about the restaurant, I ordered the Club sandwich. It came packed with meat but the mayonaisse was so minimal the sandwich was extremely dry to eat. The French fries needed at least two more minutes in the fryer. My cousin liked her chicken wrap, but did say it needed more salt.

A restaurant that appeals to the Tarantino fan. Pulp fiction like atmosphere complete with a 70-80s soundtrack that makes you think Jules will walk in at any minute. Also try to ignore the five guys in black suits, they dont like being looked at. The food is classic Americana with a decent price and cooked to perfection.

Poor service took almost 45 minutes to get our food, there were 4 waitresses and 6 tables of people. Yet we sat and waited our drinks went dry, our food never came seemed to be to many people working yet no service to customers. When we finally got our food the bread bowl salad was good. Other meals were acceptable,

The people cooking and serving here do a very nice job. After the circumstances of Perkins and everyone coming together to create The Crew, this is a nice place to eat with family and friends without killing the wallet.

Wonderful home style cooking. Friendly staff, clean, this place is great. But they need a new split pea soup recipe. Worst Ive ever had. But every thing else Ive had there is superb. Give them a visit !

Not recommended! My wife had potato pancakes which turned out to be hash browns with (apparently) pancake batter slopped into them I had a very expensive omelette which was ordinary. Service was ok.

The food was great. Had the three egg omelet with bacon, green pepper, mushrooms, pepper jack cheese with hash browns and rye toast. It was delicious and our waitress was very pleasant.

I can appreciate that the former employees wanted to do something to stay together. But the portion of steak I received....umm not something I want to go into much more detail about.

Great place to stop and grab some food. Worker owned restaurant, means that service is at worst it is okay. I frequent the Crew once every 2-3 weeks. Amazing desserts!!!

Every time we try this place we get an o.k. experience - both with food and service. Probably why we only visit once every year or two. I wouldnt recommend this place.
