The lady at the counter had an attitude and rang the order up wrong. She voided the order for a cash ring out and could not count the accurate change due. She confused the cook with her voided order and gave my husband dirty looks thtoughout our dining experience which was undesirable. I do not recommend to anyone and plan to never return which is unfortunate since there are few locations in the Louisville area.

This is a combination A&W/Long John Silver location. I go for the Long John Silver. This location is maintained well and is clean. The crew works hard and do a good job. They seem to struggle with turn-over or they are used for new employee training because most every time I go I am waited on by a new employee. They do their job well just not as fast as they will once experienced.

At first didnt want to try it, I always loved A&W in my home town superior Wisconsin, they would server you at the table and make sure your drink was filled. That was the case there The food was good and service was also go but didnt come to check on my drink (though kind of figured because its also a long Johns) The service was still awesome and Ill be back

Have been up there 3 times in the past month. The ice cream machine is always down and the service is terrible and they were 15 minutes from closing one night and the guy tried to act like his mic wasnt on. So I pulled up and proceeded to tell him I had been waiting. And I heard the same story no Ice cream again... never coming back.

It was 85 degrees, they were out of ranch, out of root beer, the bathroom was filthy, and the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The staff was friendly and happy to serve. I might go back if the management changes.

Not as good as I remember. Hadnt been to an A&W in a long while and remembered they had amazing hamburgers. This was a greasy mess and the fries limp and greasy too. Gross.

I love the burgers they taste juicy and fresh. The fries are great also. Very fast and friendly service. You will see a few homeless people sitting around sometimes.
