We were very impressed with Concord Family restaurant when it first opened. The Sunday breakfast buffet was well worth the cost because the food was fresh. Fast forward about 6 months and the buffet is now normally missing at least a few of the items because the pan hasnt been refilled and the food that remains is normally less than fresh. Their service has always been slow - its frustrating when you see 4 wait staff standing around chatting and laughing when youre trying to flag someone down to get a drink or refill. The owners are very nice - but they should enforce the quality standards they had when the place first opened.

My husband, son and I went here tonight. We were seated and waited for ten minutes with no server coming to our table. The busser was cleaning tables near us and said hello as she walked by but no one came to our table. The host/owner was talking to a server in the back, who appeared to not be busy. The restaurant was not that busy. You have definitely made an impression and we will not be coming back.

Have been here three times and enjoyed each time. Low prices and many different dishes to choose from. You will not leave this place hungry. The service can be slow sometimes and if you order the Prime Rib expect to wait 15 - 20 minutes.

The food is delicious!!!! I suggest trying the Cajun shrimp alfredo the taste is so good. You get ALOT of food for your buck also.The employees are very friendly and welcoming

My waffle was bad. Lukewarm at best. The butter did not melt. When the server brought me another it was the same lukewarm if that. I did not enjoy it at all. Servers
