We went there for the lunch buffet at 12:10. When we went in, there were several people seated. The buffet had no pizza, some dried up bread sticks that I feared would break my teeth, and a small dried up serving of ziti. The salad was gross and the carrots looked liked they had been laying there for a week. We asked the server if there would be more. He said there would be but we had to be patient because they were short handed. Several guys from a work crew came in and sat down. They put 1 pizza on the buffet. Then they brought another. The pizza was awful. Very greasy, not typical Pizza Hut sauce or crust. It tasted like frozen Digiorno only not as good. Horrible. We asked for our money back because the food was not edible but they only gave a few bucks off. People were lined up to pay there bill but the computers were down because it was raining!?!

They need to properly train their order takers for delivery. We went over it SIX times. And Ive worked in the restaurant business before... Many times... I know how difficult it is, but she gave me misinformation on pricing, couldnt answer questions about deals, and left part of my order out! Someone should have been there to make sure she was giving correct info since she was new. Then when I called to comment about my lack of cheese bread and overpriced pizza, and have the mistake fixed, the girl that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Your customers are your paycheck. If you dont like it, quit. Seriously.

Very Rude Employees. Called to ask about a delivery order and was transferred to the manager who told me that he could not deliver (the store is 6 miles away) He told me that they only deliver to a 3.5 mile radius of their store and any other orders would be for carryout only. The store is 6.9 miles away from where I was located and as a truck driver I cannot drive a 70 ft. 80,000 lb. Vehicle into their parking lot. After explaining this to the manager he hung up on me without another word. I have never been treated this way and I am furious by the way THE MANAGER treated me.

I never post reviews but I had to this time.. the service at this pizza Hut was the worst I have ever had hands down... they only had one employee working the floor.. the place was completely unorganized and needs proper management.. I ordered 1 pizza and it took 45 minutes to get it, it was undercooked . Had to get my own plates . Just to pay was a pain, stood in the line for way to long, they didnt even have a pen for me to sign with. Completely unorganized, I WILL never eat there again and do not Recommend to anyone..

The tall, string bean guy cook is a JACK ASS. Matt is friendly and hospitable. The food is fine. The constant bombardment of multiple TVs is unsettling. The comment about the bathroom being revolting is currently preposterous. Its fine. My overall vibe of Kentuckians is that not only do they have unbridled spirit but that they are, generally speaking, unbridled c$$ts. Try not being one for at least a day. Who knows. Placed online order at 5:20 for pick up at 6 pm. Didnt walk out of store till 6:25 pm. Ridiculous. Had 2 people in dining room. Few people were waiting on food for carry out. They had all of our orders scattered out and changed hands at least twice between all of us. Lady at the register was nice at least. VERY UN ORGINIZED. Food was okay...I guess.

This place is truly terrible, and there was no pizza on the buffet, stood in line to pay much longer than expected, and not to mention the place didnt have a pen to sign the receipt, so a women had to give us a pen herself and she didnt even work there. I will never come back to this Pizza Hut I dont recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

Im stranded in london..car trouble.. at a hotel for days...pizza hut delivers in record time, on football SundAy afternoon and its stealing got and delicuous!!! They even have me little side bag with anything I would need...sauces, napkins, forks, etc... good star!! Great service and people too!! Thank you

They cut pizza in 6 slices instead of 8, the cheese bread in 2 instead of 5, or even 10, and the cinnamon bread was in 5. I went at 2:30. They werent busy, but it took almost an hour. Sure they gave me 10 bucks towards my next purchase. EVERYONE, needs to be warned though, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Pizza Hut is my second favorite chain of pizza. That being said, this is the worst I have ever tried. Their service is terrible, and the managements cost savings mean very little toppings on your pizza. My friend has had as few as 9 pepperoni on an ONLY pepperoni pizza. Just poor quality and value.

Terrible service, ordered wings and stuffed garlic rolls. It took over an hour for delivery. When they finally showed up they forgot to bring my beverages so the driver it off the bill, when i opened the bag they also forgot the dipping sauces for my wings which im sure they also charged me for them.

Never eat here. I ordered a carry out and thay told me 30min so I show up 30 mins later to pick it up and thay havent even got it started and keep in mind I planed over the phone. So I waited a extra 30 mins to get a pizza that was burnt on the bottom and half cook

Restaurant was dirty. There was no one there but we had to wait an extremely long time for food and when it finally came out it was over cooked and unappealing. Emailed the manager with no response. Will not be going there again.

I would give less of a star if i possibly could. They took over an hour to get get my pizza to me and i only had one pizza. Not only the service is slow but when i got my pizza it only had the toppings on one side of it.
