WE submit an online order at 6:48 pm for a LG supreme pizza AND cheese sticks. and hour went by when it said approximately 38 mins we called to see where is our order they told us its on its way so... okay. then 30 more mins went by and we called again and got told the same thing from 6:48-11:28 PM TONIGHT! every time I called from THAT time period the manager kept saying it was in route. we live 3 minutes away it doesnt take no damn 5 HOURS TO DELIVER 1 DAMN PIZZA AND CHEESE STICKS! the manager, Robert did insists our order will be free of charge because we waited for 5 HOURS. I called after an HOUR when our food shouldve been here 30 mins ago he insited he had to prepare our food so it can be warm. Finally someone showed up to the door after ANOTHER 30 MINUTES! with just our large supreme. he didnt even came with the chess sticks we order. and on top of that, the pizza was cold, and hard. SMH. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. GO TO PAPA JOHNS LIKE WE DID! OUR ORDER CAME IN EXACTLY THE TIME SHE TOLD ME! EXCELLENT SERVICE. NOT THIS PLACE. * DO NOT ORDER *

I called to order pizza tonight. First when I called they immediately put me on hold and then after holding for a while I was hung up on and then I called back and was immediately put on hold again. Once the young lady came back on the line, she asked me if it would be Carry Out or Delivery. When I said delivery she stated that it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait and I said ok, delivery and she continued to repeat the wait time over and over again each time I said delivery and then she hung up on me. I called right back and she answered the phone and I said, please dont hang up on me again and she said with a little laugh and snappy attitude I didnt hang up on you. Each time that I order from this location there is ALWAYS some type of issue. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS.

I ordered online....which is a pain in the ass. Delivery time given was 45 minutes, ok Im hungry but understand that they may be busy. 15 minutes past the delivery time, I called the store. The CSI stated that the driver left 15 minutes ago. Ok, cool! An additional 30 minutes later the driver shows up. I expressed to the driver in a nice way that I was displeased....one, by being lied to( were 5 minutes from the store), two, that it took so long. I asked him to pass the message to his manager. I also did their lengthy survey. My pepperoni pizza had some disgusting white sauce on it also. Nothing. No response. If I wanted this level of service, I would have gone to McDonalds. Lesson learned. Tonight, I ordered from dominos.

After placing an order before 6pm at 9:30 still didnt have my food. Called to see what happened the manager who was very rude about the whole thing. Told me the driver & herself called me. So, she cancelled my order. I didnt have any missed calls. Then when I was explaining that I hadnt received any calls, the manager hung up on me. This is not first bad experience with this location. I will do takeout at the location on Sigman now. This store and manager suck!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is absolute garbage. Ive ordered 4 separate large pizza orders and the store has royally fudged them every time. Be it really old food stuffed into my dinner boxes or not dishing out extra pep on a pepperoni lovers with /extra/ pepperoni, or somehow getting jalapeno in a chicken pizza. It burned my poor wifes little mouth. :( Bottom line: Do not order from here. Never gotten worse service from anywhere.

Ive never really had any complaints about this pizza hut.... besides the girl who works the front who just doesnt wanna be there. And for that I give it 3 stars, its ok. Her voice is just not customer service-y or welcoming at all. It just sounds like she bored with life.

I never have a problem here. Everyone complaining about delivery go pick it up. Yall act like yall are the only people who order at that time. You think its easy to hire drivers go do the managers job see how easy it is.

The manager TJ is extremely rude and their overall customer service is horrible.I ordered a Pizza and it took almost 3 hours for them to tell me that it was not sent out yet. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!
