Always have a decent experience. Dine-in staff is friendly and everyone is relatively polite aside from being busy. I recommend that if you eat here you dine-in which brings me to why i have to give them 2 stars. Everytime i order carry out or delivery I am always rushed. They always try to guess when youre done ordering and they make jt very awkward and frustrating. You dont want to rude but you have to literally have to talk over them to get your point across. I was on the phone trying to explain to an employee that i wanted a side order of stuffed jalepeno bites. He didnt seem to have a clue what they were and ended up trying to order me a large pizza with jalepenos. He didnt ask for my name or tell me my total so when i went there to pick my order up it ended up being completely wrong. Then i had to wait an extra 15 minutes more to get what i had tried to order all while feeling like they were trying to play the victim and i was some jerk even though i not once spoke with an offensive tone of voice or did anything rude and didnt even incinuate i was pissed. If you are going to let someone with a strong arabic accent take orders the least you could do is coach them on trying to speak clearly and slowly. I felt like i was talking to a customer service hotline for a phone company or cable company. Anyways, great job at dine in but piss poor at ordering over the phone and then trying act vilified towards me when i got there and didnt want to pay for a pizza that i clearly did not try to order.

I have spent over 30 minutes trying to order a pizza. I placed my entire order online, before it informed me that I wouldnt be able to order online and pay with cash. So I called, and instead of taking me to my local pizza hut, I was talking to an obviously foreign lady. I placed my order nonetheless, and asked to use a coupon code that went through perfectly fine online, and subtracted $2 from my order. It was not an online-exclusive coupon. The lady rang up my total, and it rang up WITHOUT subtracting what I know it should have for the coupon, due to my previous online attempt. I tried to explain to her I already tried placing an online order, and that I know the total should be less. she then told me hold on, I will direct you to your local Pizza Hut, where my call should have been sent to anyways. I wait another 10 minutes, before the line disconnects me. Im not willing to go through all of that again, so I will not be eating Pizza Hut tonight. Ill try ordering from a place with a much easier order system. Say, Jets?

I love the pizza and the wings, but when you get told you will have a coupon in the mail in 2 weeks for a messed up order and you dont get it by the end of week 3, and order again and tell the manager about the "coupon" he said to wait a little longer. Well now 8 weeks later, ordered on line, called to confirm the order, and asked again about the "coupon" the manager on duty said they have no Log about the mix up or the "coupon". I will now order from PAPA JOHNS. They have never gotten an order wrong for me, and have always been kind with other offers.

Well internet, the pizza and pasta at this location is unbeatable. I remember once as a young lad in the rolling hills of Italy my grandmother was making her signature meatballs, the smell was so wonderful people from all over the village were drawn to our table to taste whatever delectable dish was being served. They only other time ive experienced such a community experience surrounding a meal was at pizza hut. The staff are welcoming and genuine, the meals are truly Italian, and the environment is EXACTLY like being at home on the vineyard.

1: I would have loved to have a sandwhich that didnt have a 5 inch long white hair in it! 2: A non burnt batch of bread sticks. 3: Not have to wait 20 minutes past my order time! 4: To get the correct pop and ranch that I paid for. 5 : Oh and to not have a manager be a total ass and repeat back to me, "so you want a sandwhich with no hair in it preferably, and bread sticks that arent burnt?" I will never be ordering from you again.

I placed my order at 10:37pm . They closed at 11pm. It amazed me that they still took my order and had to delivered. But the best part, I thought for sure my pizza and pasta would be like last order of the night and not very good. It turned out to be the best pizza and pasta I have ever ordered from pizza hut. It was so fresh, delicious. Definitely will order again.

Do not eat there I strongly recommend, management sucks, food tends to wind up having hair in it, and Ive even seen a couple mice in the bathroom just last week, one buddy i talked to found a bandaid in his soup , if you ask me the general manager should be fired and the place should be shut down

Ordered the new Garlic Parmesan special with Chicken Bacon and Tomatoes, I love "white pizza", it was just ok, and delivered not hot. Although the manager was very polite, they resent pizza that wasnt done, but hot! Would try someone else before I would order from them again.

Only go there to pickup and take with...I am satisfied with the value/price, quality and taste of their food. Usually not imppressed with service I have gotten anyplace around this town...but I am hooked on their Honey BBQ Chicken pizza. Thats all I can say about that...

Untimely, Ordered the meaty pasta and twice they delivered the wrong food and then told us we had people in front of us so we waited almost 2.5 hours to get the correct food. Very disappointed with the service, will not be back
