I have had previous positive experiences in the past, however as a result of my last meal from them, I will never order from this store again. My boyfriend and I waited over an hour for our food, and to top if off, our orders were completely wrong. We ordered a Buff Bowl, a dish where the pasta is replaced with spinach. We asked that there be no tomatoes on it and instead the vegetable be replaced with mushrooms. The result was a grotesque abomination of oily sauce that resembled something I would not even feed to my nonexistent dog. The quality of the beef was comparable to that of Taco Bell. To top it off, there were gigantic chunks of tomato more so than any other ingredient in this dish. Additionally, the second meal in the dish was also wrong, and lacked the grilled chicken breast we had ordered. Maybe I would have a little sympathy for the workers, had the gentleman who answered our phone call, not blatantly said "Can you take this call? I dont feel like dealing with order right now". The woman he handed it off to seemed to have extreme difficulty grasping the concept that we wanted to replace a vegetable with something else, a common feature at Noodles&Company locations. My boyfriend sat there and watched me repeat myself at least 5 or 6 times for each order and it still did not arrive as requested. Lastly, if you still want to order from this place, do it online. Because the price is cheaper online than if you order over the phone. They overcharged us by $4. Theyve lost our business.

I decided to pick my order up. I was 15 minutes late when the food was approximated to be done. I walk in. A girl at the counter tells me something has gone wrong and that they made the wrong food. No problem Im a server it happens. She asked me to wait and have a seat, so I did. I wasnt angry at all. It was a nice night out. A girl (customer) walked in some time later and she too was told to wait as her food was was wrong as well. The girl at the counter tried to play it off like it wasnt a big deal but, I know they had to remake everything from scratch. I didnt know just how wrong my order was. What should have been a walk from Transy Park to Noodles & Co. turned into about an hour and a half adventure. It was my first time there but, I never gave it much thought about how often this really does happen to others. It just didnt bother me. I am surprised corporate hasnt come down and started making heads roll with these reviews. Nonetheless I will be back as I like the food...but after reading these reviews and having my experience I have thankfully reconsidered delivery. Maybe another day when I feel like a walk. ._.

They are humans doing their best with an odd situation, come give them a try. The staff is excellent unless you run into new members not trained with enough time. Its an amazing place to eat when not overwhelmed, though due to being understaffed sometimes they run into service killing complications. The amount of care and effort put into the place is amazing, despite certain times being impossible considering the lack of staff.. Catch them on the right day and its impossible to find a problem, catch them when fate is throwing them to the wind and you may be stuck with some issues. The delivery system is a bit wild, as stated the lack of staff can cause complications when you have fourteen orders ready to go out and only one biker.. Worth the attempts from time to time, but call in advance if you wish to plan out a perfect dinner escape.. two cooks and two waitresses have a hard time handling a bulky rush. The amount of care put in though is unparalleled, which gives me the idea that its just a matter of the right hands being dealt at the right time.

Awesome food, service SUCKS. Called in an hour before this location closed on Sunday and they refused to take my order even though online it says the closing hour is 10pm. Went back in this morning when the restaurant opens at 11am and none of the opening duties were finished and soup wasnt ready. The lady from the Nicholasville location is there often and she slacks on her responsibilities. Furthermore, I always get chicken noodle soup with MORE broth and LESS noodles and it ALWAYS gets messed up. I went to Jimmy Johns instead because the lack of customer service is very disappointing. I am in the food industry myself and know for a fact this can be different.

Noodles and Company does an excellent job for a fast casual restaurant. Im always greeted by smiling energetic staff. Its a bit unnerving at first as its pretty well a new concept and you dont know what you want the first time in. Staff does a real nice job directing you to something you are going to enjoy. Personal favorite for me is the mac and cheese, also have enjoyed the Pad Thai. The owner Chad is often in there greeting customers and has even called after a delivery before to make sure everything was exactly as I would have expected. Delivery on bikes is really cool. Awesome fast casual pasta place. Cant beat the location on Limestone.

The service here is great, that guy with the ponytail who is always there does a great job. The place seems clean. The food is usually pretty good but it sometimes gets really messed up. Like this last time my pad thai had a bunch of nasty burnt stuff, and one time I found a piece of plastic packaging alongside some elbow noodles that definitely did not belong with my noodles. If you have food allergies cross-contamination is probably an issue here. Usually the food is fine and tastes really good, only on a rare occasion is it a horrific disaster.

Service dog friendly!!! The staff were so good to my service dog!!! They even brought in the water bowl from outside so he could have a drink while we waited for our food. Everyone chatted with us, and they didnt give us a hard time even though I didnt have his vest on him - they didnt even bat an eye! He just walked in with me, and they immediately were all smiles! "How can I help you today? What breed is he?" I never encounter service this good, and it really blew me away!!!

Ive had great luck with the Noodles & Co. on Nicholasville Rd. by the Lexington Mall, but this location has been disappointing. Ive had the Indian Peanut Saute twice and it was heavily over-seasoned both times. In a party of four, we waited almost 45 minutes before receiving four stone cold dishes - the restaurant wasnt even that busy. Our waiter was gracious and remade every dish, but it was still aggravating. I do enjoy the organic tofu and udon noodles though!

I used to have a very high opinion of this location. Then they decided to discontinue bike deliveries, which for whatever reason also meant raising the minimum delivery total to $15. When considering tax, delivery charge, and a tip, this is just too much. Noodles still easily deserves 3 stars, though, for their sit-down service. The food is still pretty darn good, if a bit overpriced.
