Coming in during normal dinner hours they had a few of their regular dishes empty, like the bejing beef. It took about 12 min to prepare ( after saying it would take about 6) but was made to order. Not something i would expect at 5:45 on a weekday. Then didnt put any sauces or chopsticks in my to go bag nor did thay ask if I wanted any when paying. Seems like i was disrupting the breaktime of the hourly employees.

Worst service ever. Made an order online to be ready at 12:30 And it was ready at 12:40 I asked to speak with the manager of the store and Hi Lisa said it was not available and she was is charge. I asked for a discounts for the delay and it was denied because it was already paid. I should be compensated due to the wait and bad service. I will place a complaint with the bbb. Thank you Yulisa

Very clean and fresh. For it to be gourmet Chinese food, its at a great price. Even their storage areas are clean. Maria works there and shes always there whenever I go. Shes awesome. I often order the honey walnut shrimp and its made fresh to order. But the rice and lo mein is kept warm without tasting rubbery like some other Chinese places.

I recently visited this Panda Express. I ordered a two entree plate and found the meat terribly under cooked. I went into panda for nearly 5 min to get my food and when I came out I found that they had my car booted. What a great company buy their under cooked food and have to pay to have your car back. Thanks a lot Panda.

Stay away the place is so cold it makes the food cold and nasty!!!! They need to upgrade the hot plates and make the food more then once a day. And its pricey when considering its fast food. So please stay away and spend your $20 some where else. The service was good all smiles but the food was terrible.

The food is tasty. Lately, they are unprepared for the lunch rush. Menu items run out and the chefs are not notified until you order which increases your wait time. Its just becoming really disappointing to not be able to return to work on time for what should have been a faster lunch.

I absolutely love Panda Expressl The food is always good. Whenever i go out to eat for my lunch break it is usually here. They have a bacon orange chicken and a bacon sesame chicken so good. So is there teriyaki grilled chicken. I do park by the hospital. There is never any parking

EVERY OTHER FRANCHISEE PLEASE TAKE NOTE: THIS is how its done. Im shocked that "there are no single managers" because my experiences at other locations never compare to the taste and delivery of this location. Especially looking at you Sandy Springs - up your game!

Just wanted to let people know that I was very very well welcomed! I entered, somebody said hello from the end of the store! I was surprised! 3 seconds later, the manager made me taste almost all the meals!! Really impressed with the service I had!!
