This USE TO BE a good place but....On Sat 02/13/16 my gf and I went there for lunch. They were out of Pesto, so the cashier recommended another sandwich so I said, ok. Then while getting my drink one of the servers came over and said, were out of Panera bread, so can we get you a different sandwich? Really? These people were out of everything.. So I had to change my order again! My gf was eating her food and after 20 min, yes, 20 min they brought out my sandwich and my gf was almost done with her meal. There were probably 6 people in there at the time when we placed our order and some were eating then so it wasnt like we were in during the lunch crowd. I bit into the sandwich and all I tasted was bread so, I pulled it apart and I swear there was no more than a 1/4 cup of chopped chicken breast on the sandwich. Im an engineer and ill tell you, that was a sorry excuse for a sandwich! So I marched my @$$ up to the kitchen counter and requested a refund! The guy who made the sandwich just happened to be walking by and upon telling him, he admitted it was a ridiculous amount of chicken but, his "manager" the middle eastern guy told him only put that much on. After waiting 20 min, and getting that crap @$$ sandwich, they were only willing to give me the price of the sandwich back, not the full cost of my meal which was only the chips and the drink! So when my gf finished her food, we went to Slotskis deli and ill tell ya, it was like night and day on the food! Then that night, my gf started to feel nauseous and yep, she had got food poisoning. SOOOO to say we wont be coming back to this, middle eastern run onna dime cheap place.... is an understatement! Simon and Marys reviews are also an accurate review of this place going down hill like a wet rat on a water slide!

Let me say this about Atlanta Bread (and I could say the same thing for Panera, since theyre essentially the same restaurant)... The food here is good. Its tasty. Ive never - not one time - had something to eat here that was bad. Ive had since average meals here; never have I had a bad one. With that being said... be prepared to pay a lot of money for what youre getting. I went here recently and ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant (at the recommendation of the cashier), and I paid almost $10 for it. No side... No drink (I had water)... And I paid $10. I dont care who you are or where youre eating... On no planet should you pay $10 for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and pay $10 for it. Burger King is currently running a promotion where I can get 2 of them for $4. And on top of that - they taste better. Again, Ill say Ive never eaten anything bad here - and that includes the meal Ive been talking about - but I couldve gotten a better product for a lot less money by going to BK. Ill just leave this review at that. Youre likely to get something here that tastes good... But youre guaranteed to pay too much for it.

As you can see on the reviews this place used to be good. The current manager is destroying this location. They consistently run out of food as you will see in many of the reviews. The manager is not customer driven and doesnt care if youre satisfied. Just today my kids ordered the chicken pesto and was told after the fact that they were out. Then when the "replacement order" was brought out and it was incorrect as well. The coke machine was messed up and when we asked about it we were told we could buy a bottle from the counter. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is the same yahoo that doesnt understand the half and half menu and wont let you split a half and half between two sandwiches. This place has frustrated me to no end and I wont be going to this location again until there is a change in management. Please let ABC know when you have issues at this location so that they can look into the problem and bring the store back to what we once loved to go to.

I dont write reviews often but I felt this was necessary. I come here often so Im writing the review under a different account because I dont want any grief on future visits. The cashiers are normally nice and attentive when taking orders but that light skinned male manager is not friendly what so ever. I have not once been acknowledged by him while waiting in line or coming into the restaurant he simplys walk past you or look away as if youre an inconvenience. For instance on one of my visits he was behind the counter for online orders I went straight to the counter and checked my order before leaving to make sure everything was OK he made eye contact and looked away as he often does he did not once say hello or thanked me as I was leaving or even asked if everything OK. As I stated before the cashiers are nice and the food is great but I think the manager should take a lesson on customer service from the ladies behind the register.

I went in today for lunch, and ordered a Cobb salad to-go. They asked my name when I placed my order...I assumed so they could call for me when the order was ready. Not the case! I was sitting near the place where they put out the to-go orders, browsing the web from my phone. I was thinking it had been a while and wondered what was taking so long, so I looked over there and noticed a bag sitting there. It was my order! They did not call my name, so theres no telling how much time I wasted just sitting there. I get back to my office to eat the salad, and theres maybe 6 crumbs of bacon, about 1/10 of a boiled egg, and maybe a tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles and avocado. I ordered this salad thinking that there should be enough protein and healthy fats to keep me full until dinner. Nope! And definitely not worth the almost $8 I paid for it. Dont waste your money (or time) here!

Tons of employees standing around with their hands in pockets while one woman runs the cash register. When I walked up I was 6th in line and then people piled behind me. This went on the entire time I waited for my food. Its ridiculous and poor management to have employees standing around watching the front and not doing anything about it. No one is above hopping on a register to help out and make this an expedited process. Update: I called ahead mind you. I showed up 10 min late from the time food was supposed to be ready. The girl running the front told me to go wait for my food. Meanwhile it sat behind her getting cold all because no one wrote my name on the order. ABC I left this review while in your store observing the clearly mismanaged business. Your 3.5 on Google isnt a good reflection of how terrible this place is ran.
