When we first walked in I notice the place stink really bad and the tables were dirty with plates and food. I wanted to leave how bad the odor was but my husband said he have gotten food from this location before a couple years ago and everything was fine. We ordered our food and waited for about 25 minutes as we were waited no one took the time to clean the dirty plates off the table until an old couple sat at the tables with the dirty plates then someone decided to come clean it up. Our order was a to go order when I opened my food I notice it smelled bad exactly how the restaurant. I started eating my waffle and I got to middle it was a hard sharp white plastic object in it. After I seen it I couldnt eat another bite of my waffle or anything else. Now this experience have put a bad taste in my mouth about Waffle House. On top of that they add a 10% gratuity for to go orders.

Tried to have breakfast today. When we asked if the low table was open seating was told yes, the told no, then told we would have to wait to be seated after others...we are African American. A young white couple walked in after us, and the white guy working @ waffle house seated them @ the low table before all the other people waiting (non of whom were white; some were Mexican, others were also African American... This place has become racist, filthy and completely unprofessional. Do not bother. Take you money elsewhere. Im also going to complain to corporate. I dont expect resolution, but I want the complaint on file.

The food is great as usual. I always order the all-star add three eggs and double the hash brown. I ordered it today but Togo I get home I got a single order of hash browns and just three eggs. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Also originally instead of doubling my hash brown for 50 cents she tried to charge me 4 bucks. Instead of adding 3 eggs for 30 cents a price she rang me up for a 3 egg meal for 3 bucks. I corrected both her errors but unfortunately I didnt get my extra eggs of hash brown.

That was the worst 2 egg breakfast that Ive ever eaten in my 30+ years of eating at Waffle House. Your grits were like Play-doh, your sausage patties tasted as if they were cooked over the remainder of the previous meats burnt leftovers, the toast was soaked from the scrambled eggs, which had the consistency of an undercooked Eggs Benedict! I accepted the loss because it was to-go, but my meal was entirely inedible! And I tipped on top of the forced tip baked into the prices of their to-go!

We have lived around the corner from this waffle house for an entire year and this is our first time coming here on a Sunday morning. I am happy we did, we put our order in to-go. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, they werent too busy so we probably could have stayed and ate there. But from our short experience there - there is no reason to think this place was racist or rude or dirty. We plan to return and I feel confident the next visit wont be any different from our first.

Decent service but little attention to basic cooking safety. I ordered sunside up eggs and the whites were extremely runny. Location was clean enough from the booth standpoint but the bathroom was a disaster. This is not a Waffle House to go out of your way for. Then again, its Waffle House so expectations shouldnt be sky high.

Just ate there stomach hurts the waitresses were so dirty and the restaurant was dirty as hell they were out back smoking and came and didnt wash hands , also it took them 15 mins to make and all star breakfast never again by far the worst waffle house

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS WAFFLE HOUSE ON SOUTH COBB RIGHT NEXT TO SUNTRUST BANK. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND NICE TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER. I COME EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT AFTER WORK AND EVERYONE KNOWS MY ORDER WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR. ❤❤ THANKS

Normally I am pleased but this time I found hair in my hash browns so dont think I will return to this location. They ended up taking 50% off my bill. I guess thats good since I was half way through the meal before I saw it
