We bought a family meal for three with the second whole chicken deal $1.99. Thought wow, what a deal! Well the family meal was a good portion size and our sides were BARELY LUKE WARM but our chickens were burned. Well since we were eating in, we asked to wait for a fresh chicken. Well it was not worth the wait because the second was burned as well and we looked over at the other chickens that came out and they were not all burned but that was what he chose to give us as a replacement. Well I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Had I thought about it, I wouldve realized it was dinner time and they hardly had patrons. I guess this type of customer service is why!

Poor service...Manager was serving me during rush hour... Was very rude...he even walked off with a WHOLE PLATE OF CHICKEN TO THE BACk...and then he came back as if I was supposed to act normal...another employee was nice enough to assist me...only for her and I to LITERALLY make eye contact as she gave me a VERY OLD ..SHRIVELED UP piece of chicken... UNBELIEVABLE

I frequent this location alot and the staff is never very friendly and they seem to always be understaffed. But the food has always been good and fresh. Tonight the food was substandard as well the staff didnt have the things to properly take care of the customers. They had to do all of the to go in individual smaller containers.

Been to several Boston Market before but this visit was absolutely awful. Didnt get fresh chicken. The chicken were sitting in the oven keeping it warm. The site seems as if they had been sitting all day. Oh because we have such a long wait they gave us complimentary desserts which seems as if they have been sitting all week.

Back in IL, this used to be a family favorite. We had no idea there were Boston Markets in GA. This staff at this location on a Sunday late afternoon was friendly and upbeat. The menu was the same as we remembered--good chicken, soup, and sides. We loved coming here and will return again!

Surprised by the lack of quality relative to the price. This chain is marketed to seem like some high end gourmet place, but that doesnt seem to be the case. The taste and portions were underwhelming. However, the employees were friendly and sincere.
