Worst service EVER. Had a late lunch, and by late I mean we got there at 2 PM, with a co-worker. We were seated right away. Another couple came in shortly after us and our waiter past by us on his way to them, saying "Ill be right with you." He took their drink order and as he left their table told us again "Ill be right with you." When he brought them their drinks I told my co-worker "watch hell take their food order before he even introduces himself to us." And he did. However, my co-work stopped him as he passed by and said we were ready to order. He took our drink and food order but I noticed when he took her order he didnt repeat back the "without cheese." They have these things on the table where you can see your order and I told her, he didnt repeat it back. So she asked they guy that brought out our salads about it and he confirmed that he did not put the order in without cheese. He said he would put it in... So he brings out her meatball sandwich, without cheese but they decided to add alfredo sauce instead. So of course we send it back. I was done with my lunch and still waiting on her sandwich. We looked over the bill and there were now 2 sandwiches on the bill. I got a waiters attention and told him about the 2 sandwiches and he bit my head off and told me "I know, I know, I have to go all the way to the bar to get them to take it off, Im working on it." About 10 minutes later, still no sandwich, still 2 on the bill, my co-worker asked if she could just get it to go and to please put the meatballs in one container and the bread in another so it would be all soggy when we got back to the office. Finally we have two container and were leaving but Ill have you know, they gave her the meat balls, no sauce, plain old balls of meat and another container with the bread that they had removed the meatballs from, WITH THE SAUCE STILL ON IT! Needless to say we will NEVER be back

This location has gotten progressively worse over the last couple of years. My last experience was a true eye opener: New Years Day, 2015. Hostess had a scowl on her face and a general bad attitude. I typically dont care too much about the host/hostess, but this was an omen of things to come. They sat us down right away because it was about 4:00 PM and was really not that busy. The table they sat us at had the worst wobble Ive ever experienced; the empty wine glasses they set on the table were sliding around like they were on a boat in a hurricane. We asked to be moved to another seat, and they obliged (many tables were available). Waited 20 minutes for our waiter/waitress to show up and take our drink order (and food order, because we knew what we wanted after that long), and I finally gave up and asked the hostess to grab our waiter/waitress. She assured me that someone would be with us in a moment. I waited another 15 minutes and started making eye contact with other waiters and waitresses walking around (there were at least 7-8 of them), and tried to wave them down. They all made eye contact, saw me waving, but readily ignored it completely. 10 minutes later: the tipping point was when new customers were seated in the seats right beside us and had a waitress come over to talk to THEM within 5 minutes (still having never spoken to us). I was very kind, polite, and patient up until that point so I really dont think there was any way I could have personally angered the entire staff... I informed the hostess that we were leaving on the way out: and she sarcastically responded "okay." To summarize: Unprofessional, poorly managed, poorly maintained, and unapologetic. There are just too many good restaurants in Smyrna and Atlanta to ever need to come back here.

If I could give no stars I would. After arriving at the restaurant me and my party had to wait an hour to be seated which was no problem, the place was packed. Finally the buzzer goes off and we are seated. 20 minutes pass and no one has still served us ANYTHING! No one has even stopped by the table. So finally my boyfriend gets up and flags someone down. Eventually the manager comes over e takes our drink orders. 15 minutes or so passes and they start to bring out drinks. All the adults orders water and a drink from the bar. Everyone gets their drink but me so I ask if I will eventually get my drink. I was then asked what I wanted. HELLO!! Did I not already place my order? Ok so they finally bring out the drink and breadsticks. The margarita tasted like pure water!!! So at this point I have completely lost my appetite. I explain all this to the waiter and he takes my food off the ticket as well as the drink. He did the same for my sister she too was pissed at this point. I am still sitting here as everyone else finishes their meal. Not once has the manager came over to even offer an apology. You get better service at McDonalds. I will not be leaving a tip and if I decide to come to Olive garden again it wont be this location. I will be contacting corporate first thing Monday morning.

I personally love Olive Garden but this experience was awful. My servers name was Magan, and you could tell she did not want to be there. We initially ordered our drinks which came missing the lemons and my daughter got pineapple juice instead of Apple juice. After soup and salad I asked for a refill of both and for the lemons a second time and the juice for my daughter to be corrected which came as pineapple juice instead of apple. My server walked away as I was talking to her. Our meal came, which was brought out by her serving partner who was very nice. We began eating our food as Magan our server continued to help other patrons. She never once acknowledged that she did not bring our items or even correct the one that was incorrect from the beginning. All the way to the end of our meal she never came back or brought our salad, no more breadsticks the lemons we asked for twice or the Apple juice that was incorrect from the beginning. Oir bill came from her partner and we asked that the juice be taken off since she never recieved the correct juice. They brought the bill back to us and the juice was still on the tab. I will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointed.

My experience at this Olive Garden was nothing short of horrible and disgusting. We were told there was a 25 minute wait for a table of two we waited for 45 minutes then when we were seated our server didnt greet us until 10 minutes after being seated. Then we placed our orders right away because we had nearly an hour to think it over. The server then took another 15 mins to bring us bread and salad. We placed our at 4:30 at 5:20 we still didnt have our food. When we asked what was taking so long. She told us because they had a big party. Not to mention there were about 50 guest waiting in the lobby to be seated while 2 pair or servers stood on the side in the public eye of the guest while 3 tables needed to be busted to accommodate other guest waiting for an hour to eat or in my case not eat at all. I called for a manager and never got one. No guest first attitude from management or servers.
