Had dinner here and ordered drinks from the bar. 2 vodka and tonics. So the drinks were clear in color. When we got our drinks there were black things floating in our drinks and all in the ice cubes. We pulled a couple of pieces out and put on a napkin. I requested new drinks and new ice from a different ice machine not in the bar area. I was finished with our first food we ordered before we got our new drinks. The new ones had the same black particles in them. I got our server and explained the situation. And just ordered a beer so I wouldnt have ice in anything. She took the drinks and then the bartender came over and explained there is nothing black in there that its just cracks in the ice. Umm, no. I took the ice out of the glass and showed him all of the black specks in the ice. All 3 of us dining there saw them. There were absolutely black particles in the ice. I also explained how I myself manage a restaurant and know the difference. Black could mean mold in the ice machine!!! The manager then came over and said we all 3 were wrong and theres nothing in the ice. There was ABSOLUTELY black particles in there. All in the ice cubes and floating in the drink!!! People beware and look in your drinks when ordering!! The whole situation was handled wrong from the server who seemed aggravated to the bartender saying its ice cracks....lol....to the manager who seemed to not care. I wish I would have read the other reviews on this place before we dined there...it seems we were not the only ones with black particles in our drinks at this establishment. Will not be back!!!

I dont normally write bad reviews or complain, but the experience at this Fridays was BAD. First of all I havent been to a Fridays restaurant in about 5 to 8 yrs. Seriously, I visit Chillis way more. I just never felt inclined to visit Fridays. So this new ad on TV with the $10 appetizers got me curious. My friend and I decided to go. The wait was 30mins, ok fine. The hostess then took us off the list after she supposedly "called for us". Im sorry...what? We were there the whole time. We then got seated 5mins later. Our waiter was slow and seemed overwhelmed and over it. I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. The order not only came out cold and sloppy but it was NOT on a gluten free bun. The waiter swore that was the gluten free bun. I knew it was NOT and had him take it back to verify. He then came and said they ran out of the gluten free buns this afternoon. I told him about my serious allergy and that would have been a serious mistake as I would have gotten sick, had I eaten that. Being a waiter and in the food business you should know that its serious if someone has an allergy and know the difference between a gluten free and non gluten free bun. I can tell a regular bun from a GF one. My meal wound up being taken off the tab. We never got a refill of the endless appetizer. The trick behind that its $10 dollars per person and no sharing. What a scam just to get people in. I will probably never visit Fridays or wait atleast for another 8yrs again or so. Lol, just a terrible chain and restaurant. SMH.

Came here for the first time with my family and I was utterly disappointed. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks, and on top of that my boyfriends beer arrived after we got our food. One of the kids spilled their water so we used our paper towels to clean up the mess while waiting for the waitress to come by so we can tell her we spilled a drink. Well, she came by our table TWICE and didnt even acknowledge the big glob of wet towels we had laying on the middle of the table. We asked a lady who was whipping down the table next to ours if she could come by our table after she was finished. We were ignored so as I presumed to ask her again but she interrupted me saying "I heard you." To top it all off my boyfriend ordered the unlimited appetizers. After receiving our first app we went ahead and ordered the second one. Well the second one wasnt what we ordered so we told the food runner the right order. The order never came out & our waitress never came by our table until I was finished with my meal. She finally came by after disappearing for god knows how long. I asked for our check and told we waitress to make sure not to charge us for the unlimited appetizer since we only got 1. We get our check and not even a whole dollar was taken off. We left upset, hungry, and with disappointment. I myself have been waitressing and in the restaurant business for many years, so I know how it can be. But even i wouldnt expect a minimum tip of 15% if I didnt even deliver minimum service. Sorry not sorry.

I sat down and roughly 10 minutes went by with no server in sight. It was busy so at first it was understandable. We order our drinks (a family of 3) and roughly 15 minutes went by with no drinks until our server walked past and saw our mildly irritated faces. So once we get our drinks we order our food which consisted of 3 entrees and an appetizer. 25 minutes before we saw our server again and at this point we were all hungry and irked and he rushed to the kitchen to grab our appetizers. We get our apps and are about to dig in when our main course shows up even though we requested time in between the two. It took 50 minutes before our food came in large because our server was less than attentive. So we irritably pushed our appetizers to the side and began on our main course. I ordered the prime rib (medium rare) and it came out too tough to chew. The new york strip was ordered medium rare as well and came out medium well. Our drinks were empty for half of the time and when my son excused himself to the restroom he came back with a horror story of the floors covered in human fluids and trash everywhere. Never returning there again.

While Im understanding of occasionally bringing the wrong drink and maybe slack service when the place is busy, I ran into a situation that has made me decide to avoid this place in the future. I ordered one of the Jack Daniels steaks. If you arent familiar with these, they are steaks that come with an extra glaze and sauce based on Jack Daniels. The sauce and the sauce container had a huge amount of soap that I did not notice until taking a big dip of. It was so terrible that I wanted to vomit and couldnt get the taste out of my mouth for hours afterward. I was not the only person to have this problem at my table, but the others were able to test theirs instead of dig in like me. When I informed the server, she gave me a sarcastic sneer and did nothing. When I complained about it again, she just ignored me and did nothing. No apology, no attempt to salvage the situation. I ended up being very sick the rest of the evening due to this. The total lack of customer service has made me decide to avoid this location in the future.
