I was a loyal weekly (sometimes twice) customer since I moved in the area 18 months ago. The quality went down, the wings got smaller. I was still loyal, due to the great taste of wings. This all changed when they had a Groupon deal, buy $10 get $20. I purchased the max. Little did I realize this was for a new location they opened up a few miles away (fine print!) I called and asked if they would accept it at the original location by me, I was told no; no big problem I suppose. As it turns out a few weeks later I am in the area of the new location, so happily took the chance to go redeem my coupon for some great wings. I pulled up, no store exist, I dont know if it ever did. I called the original location and they said it closed and went out of business. I asked if I could use my coupon at the original location. I was told asked by the young girl who always takes orders to be put on hold while she asked, she came back and said no. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said there was not one there. I quickly asked, who did you ask about the coupon if no manager present? Demanded she put the manager (also owner) on the line, if not I would just come by. I was hung up on. This is why small businesses go under. They dont appreciate or respect customer service. I wont be coming back.

Dined here for lunch on August 18, 2016. Their lunch combo (for $ 7.99) of a cheesesteak sandwich, stated (on the menu) "comes with a 20 oz drink and choice of one side." I chose onion rings as my side. The sandwich was good; the onion rings just right; however, when the check arrived, it was $ 10 and change. It should have "totaled" $ 8.47 (tax included). I asked the waitress to check that; She did, and came back with a bill for $ 11.63. I pointed out to Her that three (2) items came with the "combo", that my bill was wrong again. She re-checked it, and brought me a bill for $ 9.05. She charged me extra for the onion rings, which were the one (1) side I was entitled to. Its like She was "making up" charges to suit Her. Three (3) efforts at bringing me an "accurate" bill, and She failed...yet again. I wont go back, because I dont know WHAT ILL BE CHARGED for something so obviously clear on the menu. What part of the $ 7.99 charge for a lunch combo.....didnt She understand?

I am seriously wondering if they bad reviews of this place were really for the same joint I go to. I really dont see how they are talking about the same place because I really enjoyed my experience here! I am a HUGE hot wings lover. I really love them. But there are really only two places that serve them in the area and they both arent very family-friendly, if you know what I mean. I have been waiting and waiting for another good wings place and this is it!! I was nervous to get food here at first just because I havent eaten and a non-chain restaurant before. But I was pleasantly surprised going in to see how clean and cute the place looked. And let me tell you what, their wings are awesome! I have gone the past two nights and I am craving more! HIGHLY recommend eating here :-)

Pathetic. I got the Philly cheese sandwich, and onion rings. Before ordering, I asked if the rings were the beer battered really good ones, and the girl said yes. Ready for a good greasy fun dinner, i got GROSS. The onion rings were worse than BurgerKings. They were the chopped unidentifiable onions, no rings. crap. The Philly had no flavor, and the bun seemed really cheap and soggy. Very very sad this was so bad, IT was clean, girl was helpfull, but cook didnt give me my overpriced bad onion rings, then i had to wait some more! I will never go back. No wonder the parking lot is ALWAYS empty, and i walk by there almost every day and they have yet to have more than one or two people in there. There IS a reason. AND IT COST ME over 11 bucks for that and a drink, RIP OFF!

Found this place a few months ago and have ordered from them several times for delivery and eaten in their restaurant a couple times as well. The folks running it are young, energetic, helpful and very friendly. The food is always cooked perfectly - even the french fries are great when delivered, and thats not easy to do! Theyre listed under the category of "barbecue restaurant" but really they have just about anything you can think of including some great salads. My favorites are the wings and the chicken philly - YUM! I encourage you to try them out - its so nice to have a locally-owned casual restaurant thats NOT a fast food place. Please give them your business so theyre here to stay! :)

We have ordered delivery several times from them. Sunday night we ordered got the food, wrong order delivered first. They came back too back that food (gross) when we got our order it was still wrong!! Then when I go and look at my bank account they charged me twice!!! Called said they would refund my money and wouldnt have to pay for anything but both charges have been taken out of my account! If you want HORRIBLE service from incompetent people then youll be ok. If you dont want to have FRAUDULENT charges then please dont give them any of your money!!!!!!

Me and my wife just ate here and it was the worst Wings weve ever had. They were refried and nasty grease, and the cook did not washes hands nor wear gloves. The wings were extra hard and unedible. For the price you pay (around 9 bucks )you should have a better service and food. I the staff asked us how was the food my wife told them it wasnt good and didnt offer to fix the problem. We think its new owners there now no one goes there anymore it use to be a wailt in a line packed full of people now no one goes there. Now I see why.

DO NOT EAT HERE. OWNER RUDE AND UNETHICAL!!!! Had been ordering from here for almost a yr and ordered again last night - NEVER AGAIN! Wings were inedible, mayo on burger was chunky (didnt even eat it), fries and okra burned, ranch for wings was opened and very warm (didnt even touch that either for fear of food poisoning). Top that off, refund was offered, but they actually debited the card twice and as of this moment are refusing to refund us the money. DO NOT EAT HERE. OWNER RUDE AND UNETHICAL!!!!

I just called to place an order for pick up and the person who answered the phone was very short with me and EXTREMELY RUDE! I asked about the lunch special and after I asked a second question he said "Oh God!" He immediately hung up the phone without even telling me the total, estimated wait time or taking my name! This place has horrible customer service and the wings are over cooked and flavor LESS! I ordered the mild buffalo wings.
