Stopped by to get my son a kids milkshake at the end of a shopping trip. Ordered and paid for strawberry banana, only to then be told they were out of banana. Fine, just strawberry. No offer of refund even though strawberry slightly cheaper. They then forget his order. We wait 10+ minutes before seeing people who ordered after us get their milkshakes. I go up and point this out and am told "theyre working on it" but she never actually checks. Another 5 minutes, she finally asks and they had no idea, so they quickly make it, and she hands it to me with a "have a nice day." Gee, uh, you too. 25 minutes for a kids milkshake that wasnt what he originally wanted, was then forgotten about, with no simple apology or even an offer of a refund. Good luck getting another dime from me!

Got greeted by someone with a heartfelt greeting when we walked up. Staff was super nice and the kitchen and dining area were as they say "clean as a whistle" the food was absolutely delicious at a very fair price. I got the dulche de leche caramel shake and it came out just like the picture and it tasted as good as it looked. This is a place that truly exceeds expectations and puts Red Robins to shame.

Wonderful friendly customer service. This specific Johnny Rockets was my first all time experience with this restaurant and it was such a good experience. Every worker was extremely friendly which really said a lot about the management of this establishment.

Not my first Johnny rockets experience, but lives up to the hype! Great food, excellent shakes and the staff is super friendly! You can also order delivery through ubereats!
