Received my food with a long gray hair on it. Was disappointed because it looked good but I was so grossed out that I didnt want to get another one and told the waitress that. She still brought another meal back out. Again I said oh Im sorry I thought you heard me that I didnt want another one. Then the manager comes over and says if you want to take it you dont have to pay. I replied for the third time that I really just did not want the food. He goes on to say Im sorry about the hair it must be a dog hair and they live in an apartment and they dont have dogs so he has no idea how it got there. Needless to say my family will not be going back to this location.

I wish I could give no stars. Ordering food is extremely inconsistent. Dont order something at one location and expect the same thing at another. I ordered from the El Nopal in Crestwood, it was an entree Ive ordered multiple times at other El Nopal locations, it was COMPLETELY wrong and gross. My husbands didnt even include any cheese, which was clearly listed on the menu, mine was missing things I had ordered and had onions and peppers which I definitely did not order. We unfortunately ordered carryout so we were stuck with a horrible, unsatisfactory dinner.

This place is horrible! Two menus for a table of 10. And I never got any silverware. Didnt matter, I couldnt choke down that slop they call food. Steer clear! There is a McDonalds down the road. Keep driving. Terrible service and terrible food. Just awful! I will never ever go here again. In fact I am completely repulsed by the servers ineptitude, the managers idiocy, and the cooks puke they were trying to pass off as food. I will never frequent ANY El Nopal now.

I thought I would be comforted by the fact this is a chain...should expect same food quality, same service. WRONG! El Nopal in Crestwood is the pits. The managers, Janet and Gabriel, act downright shameful. After complaining about my service, or lack of, they actually fought with me! They refused to believe me and called me "ugly" and said "I was just like Dixie Highway people, just trying to get a free meal and free chips". Will never go here again. Stay Away!

This place was just aweful, went there and they could not understand what I was ordering and the food was very unsatisfactory while one of the waiters was constantly checking out my 12 year daughter right in a front of me. Very discusting manner. Very disrespectful!

Who ever would give this franchise garbage 4 stars is smoking crack! Been here 4 times and Everytime food is poor and service is worse. Drinks are awful and I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Wont be back.
