Had dinner here tonight and I will have to say these guys go way above and beyond to please. Their attention, interest in pleasing, and concern for their customer is outstanding - far better than any other restaurant in this area, so the massive clientele they have amassed is well deserved. They were more than happy to make great suggestions for an entrée without overpricing themselves or me to death, everything they served was picture perfect, and even when I had a small concern about the tortillas being wheat they immediately whisked them away and bought me corn tortillas. These guys truly rock. And their refried ice cream? To die for! Will definitely be back - thanks for wonderful service, food and your friendly kind people there! Much appreciated! We dont see that much around these parts these days!

This is my familys favorite place to eat when we go out. The price and food are always great, but what brings us back is the atmosphere. All of the employees are fantastic. From the top down, everyone who works there takes time to stop to say hello and make sure we are doing well, no matter how busy they may be. At most places you will have friendly service from your own server, but it doesnt matter who has you on any particular occasion, everyone wants to make sure things are going good for you. My son(6) especially loves to say hello to all of them and make sure their days are good as well, and they are more than happy to sit down and converse with him. Thank you for making us feel like you want us to come back, especially Alfonso, Caroline, Sergio, Luis, and Blas!

I recently (Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016) visited for the first time. The place is well lit and very clean; of course I loved this. The staff was/is outstanding. Friendly and plentiful. If I just looked like I needed something or made eye contact, that person asked me or someone came over. I sat at the bar, which in my opinion is very cool. I met a few local people; very nice, sociable, friiendly folks and really enjoyed talking and cutting up with them. Also of course TVs around in the bar. Oh and not to mention, the food is very good! The place is as good as everyone had been telling me. Its always busy, but appears to have plenty of seating and a nice outside patio. Clearly family friendly as many were there. I too highly recommend it.

I moved here from California and the MEXICAN restaurants there are legendary. Since arrival in Louisville, a year ago we have tried many places. ALL, but two, were disappointing. And the two good ones were not local to where we live. Then, we found FIESTA. It was not easy, because it is not apparent from the street. However, the food, service, drinks, salsa, speed of service were all remarkable! Finding this place was definitely a high point of the year.

Left a jacket at the restaurant, came back until 30 minutes and it could not be found. Management had no concern for helping locate customers lost property. Food is OK but we have had better, lack of concern for lost property certainly flavored our opinion of this restaurant.

Ive been taking my family to Fiesta Time for over 8 years now, at least 2 times a month and we have NEVER had a complaint. We still see the same staff, even see the young staff growing up. This place is a staple in our lives and we enjoy every time we go.

Service was terrible, they gave our food to another table, and tried to give the contaminated plates back to us . I had to ask about a missing plate of rice 4 times before I finally got it. The Margarita was good but thats about it.
