We came in on opening night with our young family. The staff were all very busy, but took the time to be personally attentive from everything to helping us pack up everything for our 3 month old, to personally showing my wife the bathroom where she could change our 2 year old. There was zero sacrifice in service for this additional consideration too. Jocelyne, our server, was so kind and there was an another woman with a braid presiding over our area who made sure everything was great during and after our meal. She helped me pack up everything for our infant, and brought us a bag to help with carrying all of our baby items. Looking at the kitchen during service, it was nice to see everyone looked busy but happy. No one looked stressed out or over worked on the grand opening dinner service. Food came out great too. We were worried about going on opening night with such young children, but the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us for things we never asked for. I can not think of a more pleasant experience at a chain restaurant.

This was our second attempt at OTB. The first time, everything was fine until I had a beer spilled all over me. The waitress apologized, the manager came over and asked if there was anything they could do, or if I needed club soda. Did not offer free drink/meal. I didnt think we needed to ask after being soaked with beer. Second attempt. The food was good. The staff not so much. Very slow on everything except the food coming out. Went on a Friday night, at 7 pm. It was very busy, but not enough that 2 workers were stapling menus to the take out bags and talking the whole time we were there. When we asked them if they would take our bill, they said they couldnt do that. Some other people we know came in behind us, sat at the bar and left before we were able to leave. You have many people running around, but it just seems disorganized.

Its OK for food but its not cool that they set the tables so close. We were having a nice dinner until they sat a whole birthday party next to us that had their child running around and bothering us. Came back and regrets run deep. Went early to get a table for me and my co-workers they refused to seat me until everyone got there late. Even when I had 6 out of 8 people they still refused to seat us. They kept forgetting things we ordered and didnt check on us until the bill came. Then they over charged one of my coworkers. We found out when she got the same exact things as our friend and was yelled at by the waitress that she didnt know how things worked. What the heck is wrong with you guys? The overcharged coworker was Mexican and the other was Caucasian is that how it works?

Im a regular and I often come in and sit at the bar during happy hour. The service at the bar is exceptional along with the management. Although whenever I place an order over the phone the service is HORRIBLE. Ive placed a take out order three times and each time whoever was taking my order was RUDE and didnt know the menu! I had to repeat myself several times and triple check my order at the restuarant. If I had never visited inside the restaurant, I would give this OTB location 1/5 stars based on the subpar experiences Ive had over the phone with those employees. The only reason Im giving this review three stars is because of the service Ive had from the bartenders.

Just left there 2nd time trying the holland location. Will not be back. Waitress great personality tried really hard. Waited 50 minutes for food to come out it was not busy. rice was hard, beans were cold and dried out.smallest burrito I have ever seen taco bell is bigger, sauce had film on top from setting so long. 12.99 I might add. Didnt take one bite asked for manager he came to table with a attitude rude cocky. Told him to take it away. Still paid for drinks I had. While leaving the manager glared at us. Have been to grandville many times and loved it. Hope holland closer soon. I will be calling higher management tomorrow.

We got here late as we were trying to find a restaurant that was not nearly closing at 9:30, they are open late, until 12:00 AM. The waitress never let are chip basket empty or our drinks, very attentive although there were only a few patrons there at that hour. I got the standard burrito and the waitress suggested putting two sauces on it as I couldnt decide which one I wanted, it was delicious. Be careful, both the guac and sour cream a dollar extra each and they only give you a little bit, not worth it. My wife had the coronarita which is a margarita with a small bottle of corona tipped inside it, very tasty.

This is a new location and I think they are finally settled in! We went here the other day for Monday Endless Enchiladas and they were AMAZING! I get them with queso sauce instead of red sauce. It was after the dinner rush so the food came out very quickly. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive, refilling our drinks and bringing more chips and salsa. The kitchen manager walked around and asked us how our food was. (we said excellent). I went to this location when they first opened, and it was a bit rough, but Im glad to say my most recent visit was much better.

This place is not authentic what so ever. I waited on my food for 30 minutes. I had ask for carne asada tacos but they gave me brisket instead. I ask the waitress politely that it wasnt what I wanted. The kitchen manager who came out and tried to tell me that its what I ordered I had to tell him it wasnt. He said that it was carne asada. But insisted it was fajita beef??? Im Mexican American. I grew up on lMexican food. He wasnt Mexican and tried to make it seem like I didnt know what I was talking about. Never will I go here. Mexican food.

Went in for lunch today, the greeter and waitress were great, the chips and salsa were good however the food was not up to par. I ordered a fajita burrito with chicken and steak, that I give about a 3 out of 10 mainly because the meat "chicken" and "steak" were rubbery and not flavored well. The meats were like those in a frozen dinner, cheap and probably glued together, I hope this is not the case. Probably will not return since there are many other Mexican food options in Holland that are so much better, in price and quality.

First I was impressed to see a review that the manager read and replied to. That shows a commitment to the customers. :) Stopped in for dinner about 7:30. Not busy but steady. I was immediately greated at the door and seated promptly. The open kitchen does push a little more noise out to the dinning. Some might not like it, I think it adds to the atmosphere. Food arrived very quick and was delicious. My wait staff was always available and insured I had what i needed. Overall a great experience :) Thanks
