The staff working this evening was truly terrible. The man at the counter was extremely rude and gave us attitude for arriving at 10:40 to grab food. He had no meats prepared, told us to "deal with it, Im not making anymore YOU waited until close to come in." I was under the impression that this location closed at 11:00 P.M. on Thursdays but maybe you guys havent updated the hours to reflect your new 10:40 P.M. closing time. The attitude and utter indifference this employee showed towards us has cost you a customer for life. We will be going to the W. Main location instead despite it being further away. This location does not care about its loyal customers and lacks customer service.

At 10pm they were out of steak n the peepers mix!! Wow on a Friday night!! So many ppl left because of no steak. The employees said there was not any more to make... Very disappointed!! But they gave me a free drink!! I just felt that is one of the main servings of meat ( I dont eat pork) so we were limited!! And for the price u pay!! Need to make sure you have enough and not because your cook doesnt want to waste food if it doesnt sell. There are ways to do that.

as someone who worked at Qdoba for 3 years as a manager for a majority of it.. Its hard to not critique these places internally when I go in. Try not to seem so blah, and try actually attaching the 2oz lid to the bottom when all Im getting is a simple cheese quesadilla lol (for starters) come on I was one of the few customers in there. 1 star for the t1 guy and another star for the clean well kept food area.

The staff at this location are very rude and quantity of food they are giving to customers was very little when compared to the price. When we we compare the other qdoba restaurant on w main st the staff working their are very good and freindly and the quantity of food they give matches the pricing. I hope qdoba on westnedge will learn from there colleagues on the w main st Thank you,

Wasnt really impressed with there service when i got to the counter to pay the girl just stuck her hand out waiting for me to hand her my card not telling me the price or anything a couple seconds pass then she tells me my total with her hand still out...never asked me if i needed anything else...not really impressed probably wont be going there

Guac was crunchy. I added chipotle sauce and it was dried out because it was sitting in warmer so long. Steak had no flavor! Staff was not friendly at all. Ive always like chipotle better, but thought Id give this a chance again. Not even close!!

Was really looking forward to eating here and when I arrived they were sold out of ALL OF THEIR MEATS!!!! I highly doubted and know they wanted to close early. I used to love going here I would not recommend them to anyone now.

Menu has changed. Prices are up, selection is down. I liked the old menu better, and it got a lot more expensive. I went from this being one of my favorite places to just not going anymore. :(

This place has really gone down hill. They no longer steam their shells, which is a huge turn off to the burritos. They also appear to have stopped making hard shell tacos in the restaurant.

Ordered a eight dollar burrito and all I got was pretty much rice in a tortilla shell. The lady barely put any of the good topings like meat and cheese. Way over priced and crappy service.

Always have a good experience at this Qdoba- the people are nice, and not stingy with the serving sizes. Unlike the one further south on Westnedge.- This one usually isnt packed either.
