Controversial Carter
The food was decent. The wait time wasnt too bad considering only two people it looked. My experience was bad however. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff but was shorted an order of cheese sticks. I pulled over in the next parking lot, another passenger noticed so we went back. The guy at the window asked me over and over and over if I was sure they werent in the bag. They gave them to me but he made another slick remark as he passed them to me. I couldnt eat them. What a joke this man was. The cheese sticks were three dollars I think. I m going to sit in this long line at 12:40 in the morning to trick WC out of three dollars? Bad customer service.

Food was good for a 2 a.m. fast food run, but the wait time was VERY long (as most other reviewers have said). They charged me for the wrong order, but fortunately, the order I paid for was about a dollar less than what I actually ordered and they gave me a free coke, so I cant really complain.

In my hour of desperation in Kentucky, I was able to marginally satisfy my Hunger with a medium cold square inch Burger. Apparently its a walk / drive thru as you are able to walk up to the drive-thru window based on my picture

First trip to Whitecastle and it was pretty darn good, however do not, I repeat DO NOT get the jalapeno cheese on the burgers! It will ruin your next couple of days if you catch my drift...

White Castle burgers are tasty, this location however needs to be retrained. The store wasnt very clean, and the food preparation stations were a likely in violation of state health codes.

Waited almost ten minutes for a couple of sliders. Had to listen to the employees talk about an employee who came in sick the day before. Food was decent, but not worth the poor service.

The orders are always pretty accurate here and the service is good, but its extremely slow at the drive thru even when youre the only car. Dont avoid but expect to wait.
