I typically only write reviews when I absolutely love a place, but when it comes to my parents, Im going to leave you a shitty review if you treat them like dirt I goofed and called in an order at the Kenwood location. Being a retired veteran and all, I totally get that my father can be difficult at times but blatantly trying to embarrass someone is not cool by any means. I called the store and talked to the manager on Duty named Chip. He didnt even try to fake sounding concerned lol. After calling him out on it he offered store credit which I declined. Got the vibe that hes probably the type of supervisor that got off the phone and had a laugh. This isnt the first negative experience at this location that I or a friend have had. Ill be driving out of the way for now on.

I could live off of BW3s. The sauces here are all superb; you definitely go for the wings - while I cant say anything bad about the other dishes, I just wouldnt come here for anything else! Theyre always very accomodating on your wing division, so if you want a certain flavor on 6 and a different on another 6 - theyre happy to get what you want. Also a great spot to watch any sports and just grab a beer and cheer on your team!

I used to go there since last time... I guess manager and waitresses have been changed .. they didnt accept my Id when I was with my wife ... they did accept my wifes passport with double checking... I gave them second ID ... they took both of them and walked away for 5 minutes ... I was there for dining not to visit MR. president ... I felt discriminated and was out of mood

Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain restaurant that is located all around the US. Their menu doesnt really differ and even their decorations are all the same but this is not a bad thing. The food quality is quite good and is a great choice for lunch. The portions are just big enough and will leave you full without putting you into a coma.

Dirty glass with lipstick still on it. I noticed after taking one drink. They replaced it with a half beer and not even an apology. 2 out of 3 at this location with terrible service, as far as B dubs this is one of the worst locations and we have visited them all over the country. Go to Blue Ash they are 1000 times better!

Friendly service. I like that they have so many TVs you can usually watch whatever sport you like which is good for me because Im a tennis fan and most places show only baseball, football and soccer. Food is bar food. Not great but not bad if you stick to the wings. The nachos are horrible. The cheese is like cheez wiz.

This is a nice clean location. Ive been here a few times, usually meeting for business lunches. The food comes out hot and in a timely manner, the service is good, and its what you would expect of a B-dubs. I would do business here again.

Been to BW3s several times and have to admit your guy behind the downstairs bar is the best. Although I am not a bar or restaurant owner if I was I would hire the friendly hard working fellow with the Mohawk instantly!! Love this place.

Pretty big location. If youve been to a B-Dubs, you know what this one will have. Wide selection of beers on tap as well as mixed drinks. Tons of sauce selections for your wings. Many TVs to watch sports, if thats what youre into.

This location is blah. Parking stinks. Vibe stinks. In the winter it is cold inside due to all the windows. Foods ok - but we drive the extra distance to go to the Mason location.
